Stone zoomorphous scepters found on the territory of the
Republic of Kalmykia had not been examined ata time when the other
simile historically important things were discovered. In the
present paper the description
of the scepters of Arkhara and Dzhangar is given and their
similarities and differences with stone scepters from
the south and south-east Europe are considered.
