The lead retrieval can only be implemented on the symposia and company profile pages. It is not available for the 3D booths.

The retrieved data will be immediately available in the administrative backend managed by the company.

The basic price of 1.500 € includes a specified amount of free leads (as per booked package).

Additional leads can be added for 10 € / lead. Please check the description in each symposium or exhibition package!

Please be informed that when clicking on the symposium / profile a prompt window will ask whether the visitors would like to share their contact data or enter anonymously.

OFFERS

Interplan will discuss the packages individually and will send you a personalized offer. Please note that all items are subject to availability. Companies having booked advertisement and additional sponsorships for EASD 2020 Vienna, might have priority in booking equivalent items for the EASD Virtual Meeting 2020.

CANCELLATION TERMS

Kindly note that accepting the offer represents a binding agreement and any cancellation will incur costs. Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing. Total or partial cancellation will be accepted with a penalty charge of 100%.The outlined terms shall be equally valid for contracts signed past the cancellation deadlines.

CURRENCY / VAT REGULATIONS

All exhibition and sponsoring prices are quoted in Euro (€) and are subject to statutory sales tax according to European regulations. For further details, please refer to the Regulations for EASD Meetings.

PAYMENT TERMS

The invoice for 100% of the amount will be sent out after confirmation and will be due 30 days after receipt of the invoice. In any case, the booked service has to be paid prior to the meeting. All payments must be made in EUR currency and exclusive of any bank charges or any other charges.

NATIONAL LAW / PHARMA CODE

The Virtual Meeting will be hosted in Germany whereas it is a European Congress addressed to European attendees. From our perspective the industry needs to apply European law. We recommend this to be checked by your legal department.

The EASD would like to have a conflict-free advertising environment and reserves the right to cancel advertising efforts. Sponsors and exhibitors are advised to consider the codes of conduct for pharmaceutical and medical companies. Furthermore, it is important to adhere to the country-specific compliance regulations on the application of medical devices, exemplified FSA/AKG/EFPIA, BVmed/Eucomed, EACCME/CME, code of medical ethics of the Local State Chambers of Physicians (national) and provisions of national law, e.g. HWG and provisions of international law. On request of the exhibitor/sponsor, we will disclose the conditions and the extent of the support given on the occasion of the Industry Programme of the EASD Annual Meeting if required by country-specific codes of conduct or national laws. If you would like to disclose this for your company, please indicate it in the contract.
