Access to information. Advantages of being a Registered User

To access the data provided by Construdata21 it is only necessary, as a first step and without any compromise, to register as a Registered User, taking a login and a password that will allow you to enter safely the Private Zone.

The user will receive a welcome email asking him to confirm the registration on the web and after verifying the accuracy of his data, the Commercial Dept. will activate for free an Evaluation Bonus so he can consult 15 Work Sheets, and thus assess the quality and performance of the system for 15 days.

Registered users can enjoy the following utilities in Construdata21 basic services:

WORLDWIDE CONSTRUCTION WORKS DATA (Red Zone)

• See works listings (public or private), filtered by the selected search criteria. • Create Profiles saving grouped queries of the same type. • Activate email alerts for profiles of interest

• Save the selected works in the Works Folder.

PUBLIC TENDERS (Blue Zone)

• Access to public tenders of the Spanish construction sector. Tenders and awards. Construction works, projects, services, supplies and maintenance.

• See Company Sheets. (The Works Record and Announcements will be only visible for clients)

• From the main search engine, find companies that advertise on the site. The evaluation period will be deactivated when you have exhausted the 15 sheets (both red and blue zone), you have received 7 alerts mails or it has been more than 7 days from the user’s activation. Below, we detail the operation of these utilities, and we describe the process to be followed to activate each one. To access the information you will only have to click on the top Client Access tab and enter your login and password.

Worldwide Construction Works Information: Red Zone

In the Construdata21 Red Zone you could find construction works, private and public, in any country and of any budget. You can track private works from early stages as Investment Announcement or Project Writing, in Execution to Completion. Public works that are located in this section are created once it is awarded to an architect's drafting or to a contractor. To keep

tracking the public tenders in the bidding phase see section Blue Zone (page 9).

Search Engine Menu

To search in our "Simple or Advanced Search Engine” just mark the criteria as you deem appropriate (geographical area, type of work, stage of implementation, budget or keywords eg.) and the system will return you a list of relevant works. You can access each Work Sheet by clicking the "View Sheet" button.

My Portfolio Menu

You can save and classify the construction works that are most interesting in the page called My Portfolio (or portfolios created by default “Principal”, “Visited” or “Discarded”). Create other sub-portfolios is allowed (Create Portfolio button) to save the data ordered, depending on your organizational needs, or for distribution in between your salespeople. You could also restrict your commercials entry to these folders by creating individualized access passwords (click on Commercial Access). This will allow you to monitor the work of your salespeople and send from the alerts, the works to be managed by them.

Profiles Menu

To avoid repetitive searches, it is necessary to store the most common searches used criteria on the page "New Profile" or "New Profile Wizard". You can also create a profile from the search engine if you want to save a search made by clicking in [Save these search criteria as market segmentation profile] In addition, you can activate an Alert System via email, with the periodicity you specify (daily, weekly or biweekly). The system will send you directly to your email the works of interest, whether new works (new publication sheets in our web) or updated (sheets previously released but have they have changed their phase).

How to actívate the Alerts System:

1 · Create a profile in “Profiles” Menu – “New Profile” or with the "New Profile Wizard". Mark as many boxes you want to define: geographical areas, types of works and stages of implementation that you want to receive. The fewer filters you introduced, more works you will receive.

2. Set on the same page the frequency to receive emails with the new information of interest and the email address where you want to receive it: yours or any of your salespeople mail address. You can also receive works via RSS (in your email or in your web browser) and enjoy more profits depending on the browser you have installed.

In the Menu "Profiles" - "My Profiles" you will see a list of all profiles stored by your username. From here, you can make changes in your profiles, delete them or search for published works that correspond to the criteria of that profile (Select All - This Month - Button Search)

In the same menu "Profiles" you can find as well "My Alerts" a page that summarizes the latest 7 alert’s post sent. It indicates which date the alerts were sent, how many works were included and a summary of the profile that requested the alert.

It allows you to view the works of the alert again by clicking on the 'View' button and even forward alerts to the email designated (if you have lost the email or it has been blocked as spam).

Work sheet Utilities

You can interact with each of the work sheets using the buttons on the heading:

The Comment button will open a window where you can save your notes on each work, for your own use or to communicate with your salespeople: they will only be visible for the creator user and for the service’s lead manager, in the case the comment proceed from a user of a sub-portfolio.

By clicking the button Report Error it will open a window where you can warn us about mistakes detected in a work sheet. Our Quality Control Department immediately will receive a notice. They will try to correct the error as soon as possible, informing about its resolution by e-mail, when it’s solved.

The button Visited allows you to quickly sort in the folder “Visited” the work sheets with whose suppliers you have already contacted or have been visited by one of your salespeople, eg.

The icon Schedule calls or meetings will allow you to note dates and hours as a reminder to make a call or attend a meeting.

[Request to update construction stage] This button allows you to request an update of a work sheet if some time has passed and the work continues at the same stage of construction. You will receive the updated information in your next alerts email if the work has changed its stage of implementation.

[My company participates in this work] If you are already participating in the work as a provider and you want that the company’s data appear on the work sheet, indicate with this button the type of work that you are developing in the construction site. Our Quality Control Department will receive the data; they will check it, and they will publish it as soon as possible. If you also have a Company Sheet (Construcontact) your logo will appear automatically next to your basic data.

Suppliers Search Engine

The menu "Search Engines" - "Supplier Search Engine" allows you to segment geographically and by type of activity the suppliers that you need or whom you want to contact. In addition to the contact details of each company (address, phone, fax ...) you can access the Record of their Works documented in Construdata21, even if they are already completed.

You can also generate automatically a document, in standard format, with the mailing labels of all companies you have selected (Buttons "Generate Tags" or "Generate List").

Public Tenders in Spain: Blue Zone

Public Tenders Service

We have artificial intelligence tools and logical language to automatically extract, all data referred to Bids and Awards published in the main Official Gazettes (BOE, Autonomous Communities and Provincial Bulletins), in the DOUE/TED and in the main public procurement portals (TRAGSA, AENA, ADIF, ADIF Alta Velocidad, BIMSA, Canal Isabel II, Metro Madrid and state procurement portals and regional governments).

The service allows to make a systematic tracing of all this vast and dispersed offer, with a comfortable and customized access, which follows the same Red Zone’s logic of navigation and use, previously commented; from the menu Public Tenders you can create profiles and email alerts to receive only the data of interest of each client and with the desired frequency.
