Applications‘ULTRAFLOW’ circulator pumps areinstalled in closed loop pipelines orcircuits. These pumps circulate hotwater around the circuit minimisingany decrease in temperature at anypoint on the circuit. Commonapplications include:-

High Efficiency MotorsThe ‘ULTRAFLOW’ ‘UCV’ seriescirculator pumps are fitted with highefficiency variable speed electricmotors reducing energyconsumption to a minimum. Thesepumps have an ‘A’ energy efficiencyrating. The electric motor varies inspeed depending on the circulationrequired. When used in place of acirculator pump with a 3 speedstandard electric motor, energysavings of up to 60% can beachieved. This translates intosignificant cost savings for theconsumer.

Dual Circulator Pump UnitsWarmth – Continuity – Efficiency – Satisfaction

The ‘ULTRAFLOW’ DUCF & DUCV series dualcirculator pump units incorporate two (2)‘ULTRAFLOW’ UCF or UCV circulator pumpsmounted on a wall mount frame with suction anddischarge pipework manifolds, valves & fittingsalong with an ‘ULTRAFLOW’ DPTC dual pump timeclock controller which alternates the pumps every 4 / 6 / 12 hours – whatever time period isprogrammed. Dual pump systems ensure increasedpump life – operating the pumps for shorter intervalsincreases bearing and pump life. Having an additionalpump provides back-up in the event that one pump istaken off line for maintenance, repair or replacement.

Easy Time Saving InstallationThe installer simply mounts thecomplete ‘ULTRAFLOW’ dual pumpunit on to a wall, plumbs pipeworkto the suction and dischargeconnections, bleeds the air from thepumps/ system, and plugs thepower cord into a nearby 240 voltpower point – installation complete!Installation time is reduced to anabsolute minimum by having thepipework manifolds and valves pre-plumbed, electrical wiring fittedand the time clock programmed.
