Owning a home with a pool hasits benefits – a cool dip on a hot sum-mer day, an evening relaxing poolside, and hosting parties around a sparklingpool that adds to the ambiance – thereare endless possibilities for fun andentertainment when you own a beau-tiful, well-kept pool. One of the onlydownfalls of having a pool, in mostpeople’s opinion, is maintenance. Thisyear, choose to spend less of your freetime working on your pool and moretime enjoying it – call Pool Shark.

Pool Shark Service, Inc. is thepremier pool maintenance companythat services customers in Trinity,Odessa and beyond, utilizing thenewest innovative technologies tokeep your pool safe and sparklingclean all year. Pool Shark Service doesthe work, so you can do the relaxing. Now what’s better than that?

Jason Coment began Pool SharkService after realizing the communityhad a need for knowledgeable, ad-vanced and experienced pool techni-cians that offered more than standard

pool care. As afamily run andoperated business,Pool Shark has atrusted andtrained team thatprovides the high-est level of cus-tomer service andindustry knowl-edge to clients.Jason guides histeam and offerscomprehensivesolutions forthose who wantmore from theirpool company, and with morethan a decade ofcombined experi-ence in pool maintenance, the PoolShark team works with you to createa personalized maintenance plan thatfits your needs and exceeds yourexpectations.

With a family of his own, Jasonknows that there are many things toconsider when putting together a

maintenance plan for his clients.“We find that each client’s pool

and needs are different. For examplesomeone who owns a rental propertyis going to have different needs than amother of three children, all of whomhave allergies. That is why we don’tuse just one method or procedure for

every pool we service. Too many timesclients are forced to live with outdatedmethods or equipment simply becausethat is all their current service com-pany or local retailer offers.”

Each Pool Shark team member isa Certified Pool Operator as assessedby the National Swimming Pool

Pool Shark is on the Job Keeping Your Pool Perfect!

Foundation and a Certified StainSpecialist. Jason believes that the PoolShark team excels in problem-solvingand critical thinking – meaning thatthe team doesn’t just have the rightanswer, they ask the right questionsthat ultimately help them identify theproblem and find a solution thatworks best for you.

Innovation, Education, Experience Jason and his team at Pool Shark

are dedicated to expanding theirknowledge to stay at the forefront ofpool maintenance technology. One of

the main reasons Jasonstarted his own poolservice company was dueto finding out that manypool service techniciansdidn’t have a basic un-derstanding of chemistryor the knowledge toproperly meet the needsof clients.

“I found that veryfew pool service compa-nies were dedicated tocontinuing educationand researching newtechnologies,” saysJason. “The pool serviceindustry, which has seen

very little innovation in over 100years, is finally starting to develop andadopt new technology. The pastdecade has been a renaissance of sortswith the most notable innovationbeing the Salt Chlorine Generator. The Pool Shark team is dedicated tostaying current and utilizing the besttechnology to service clients withoutburdening those clients with addi-tional expenses or headaches.”

Service, Your Way!Pool Shark has several pool serv-

ice options for clients to choose from.

Conventional Chemicals––Usedfor over 100 years as the primarymethod for pool companies, chlorineis an option through Pool Shark, butis rarely recommended due to draw-backs. The client’s use of pool is lim-ited each week due to a 24-48 hourwait period after chemicals have beenadded to pool.

Salt Chlorine Generators––Thisservice hit the market within the pastten years and is gaining popularity. With a salt chlorine generator theamount of chlorine needed to main-tain chemical balance is much less, which means the client can use thepool whenever, unless there is a specialissue that needs to be addressed. PoolShark offers free salt chlorine genera-tors for clients wishing to increasetheir pool usage and reduce high levelsof chlorine found in conventionalpools, and yes, free! Pool Shark will fillyou in on the details.

Healthy Chemistry––This serviceis the first of its kind in the USA and ishypoallergenic! Pool Shark will re-move chlorine completely from thepool and use a combination of UV,Oxygen and Ozone when needed tosanitize the pool. Pool Shark uses thesame technology that is used to purifybottled water and ensures it is thehighest quality water possible. PoolShark offers free UV sterilizers and allequipment needed for this service.

You no longer have to settle forharsh chlorine chemicals. With thehelp of Pool Shark, your pool can bemaintained easily in a safe, healthy andpristine matter. In addition to offeringinnovative cleaning services for yourpool, Pool Shark team is able to helpyou with water conservation, stains, pool finishes and more.

Client Referral ProgramNot that the company is brag-

ging, but Pool Shark gets a lot of re-

ferrals. Pool Shark’s customers aresharing the news of this company’sgreat service and they are reaping thebenefits with Pool Shark’s Client Re-ferral Program. Every time a new cus-tomer signs up and mentions a PoolShark customer’s name as referringthem, that existing customer is givena $10 credit on their account, not justonce, but every month as long asboth remain active customers withPool Shark. Now that’s a great referralprogram!

David from Tampa says, “I hadmetal stains on a pool surface that wasthirteen years old. Jason of Pool Sharkcame repeatedly over two weeks usingacid treatments to remove the yellowstains. He was very polite, always ontime and kept his commitments. I wasso impressed, I recommended hisservices to several friends He saved me$3,000 cost in resurfacing, plus he setup a salt chlorination system, eliminat-ing the need to lug jugs of hypochlo-rite solution weekly.”

Jodi says, “Pool Shark was themost informed on natural hygienemethods for my pool and spa.”

Another satisfied customerHeather says, “Great pool serviceprovider- professional, knowledgeableand friendly. After trying numerousothers with unsatisfactory results, Iwould highly recommend PoolShark.”

More than your average dip andskim pool service, Pool Shark neverjust skims the surface; this companygoes the depth to provide the serviceyou deserve.

Vince says, “Many of my friendshave moved down from Ohio to livein the Trinity area. These personalclients of mine live and breathe golf,so selling your golf-community homeisn’t just work for me, it’s a way tostay connected to what I love best!”

Since the beginning of his careerin real estate, Vince has focused hisprofession on selling golf coursehomes. He understands the design ofa course, along with the homes thatare a part of that course and golfcommunity. “When listing a home, Ipull out all the stops. I send directfliers out to potential buyers. I reachout to my own personal clients andfriends for references. Golf communi-ties are close knit and people wholove golf stay connected, whichmakes my job of finding the rightbuyer for your home exciting. I getresults for my sellers because I have agreat list of references through my

past golf history and as a ColdwellBanker agent.”Follow Through Makes TheDifference

Just as in life, in golf, and in RealEstate, it is the follow through thatmakes the difference. When workingwith clients, Vince takes all the neces-sary steps to ensure they understandthe process of buying, selling and/orclosing on a home. He takes the per-sonal time with each client to find out

what it is they are looking for and henever skimps on the details. He al-ways follows up with potential buy-ers, which as many people know isone of the best practices an agent cando while selling.

One client wrote, “Vincent hadmy home under contract within 24hours after multiple offers and ‘bid-ding war.’ Had no idea it would hap-pen this fast even though Vincentwarned me it would. Needing placeto live QUICK, Vincent set his teamout to find me the perfect townhome to downsize into. Closed onhome I was selling at 11 am thenclosed on home I was buying at 3pm. Nerve wracking until the end butVincent got it done. My father said totrust him and I did... THANK YOUVINCENT!”

Another satisfied client, Mr. Ro-driguez, says, “My Realtor from NewYork referred Vincent to me when Iwas having trouble finding a local Re-altor I could deal with – I must admitI am hard to deal with at times. Un-like my two previous Realtors, Vin-cent answered his phone pleasantlyand courteous every time I called nomatter the time or my mood. Re-ceived multiple offers after price ad-

justment and ended up with morethan I ever expected. I would referVincent to anybody that’s thinking ofselling their home.”

Vince began working with Cold-well Banker in Trinity in 2011. Heknew that choosing a company thatwas well recognized and professionalwould make a big difference in his ca-reer. Vince says, “Coldwell Banker isone of the most recognizable brandsin the world with 96% brand recogni-tion.” People trust Coldwell Bankerbecause since 1906, the company hashelped people buy their dream homesfor the American-dream-come-true.Dealing with local, national and inter-national customers makes ColdwellBanker one of the biggest companiesfor Real Estate around, yet they stillmanage to keep their original valuesfor honest business with the best in-terest of both buyers and sellers inmind.

Integrity is big to Vince, which isone of the reasons he enjoys workingfor Coldwell Banker in Trinity.

Golf legend Gary Player oncesaid, “A good golfer has the determi-nation to win and the patience towait for the breaks.” Well, like agood golfer, Vincent Scartz, your

local golf-community-focused Real-tor, has a very similar outlook to-wards his own profession. Jennifer knows first hand the ben-efits of yoga. She says, “Yoga com-pletely changed my life. I was sufferingfrom a major stomach issue. I went tothe doctor and she said they only wayto fix the problem would be to get onmedication… for the rest of my life! Iasked if there was another alternativeand she said, ‘well there is one otherthing - it’s called yoga’. So I tried yoga, and within three classes my problemswere gone! The combination of low-impact exercise and stress relief was thekey for me. Yoga truly helped me, andI realized that what I did, other peoplecould do too!”

Pose by Pose yoga offers a widevariety of classes throughout the week, including Fit Club- Stretch and Tone;Meditative Flow - Amrit Yoga; Yoga101; Mindful Yoga and Meditation;Align and Refine; Release and Relax;Energy Flow; and Flow and Let Go.

Jennifer says, “Our program isbased on the premise that ‘yoga is ther-apy’. We understand that every body isdifferent and that the ‘one size fits all’mentality has no place in yoga. We cul-tivate and adapt our yoga classes for thepeople in the room. Each class is spe-cially designed to meet the needs ofour members.”

Cathy says, “It’s just nice andhomey and warm and friendly. This ismy fourth class, I’m just trying themall to see where I can fit in. I recentlytook a class with Emi - it’s like sheread my mind. Teaching SeniorsThe population of seniors looking

to do yoga has grown significantly overthe past few years. There are senior’sclasses in most studios as well as as-sisted living homes. The challenge to ayoga teacher is that seniors come in allshapes, sizes and abilities. The Teach-ing Seniors classes will focus on a fewstages of life, remembering that thesestages can happen at all different ages.

This class is offered in conjunctionwith an opportunity to intern in the

USF OLLI Program, a yoga programfor Adults over 50.

Each class will focus on teachingyou the best way to deliver the benefitsof yoga (asana and pranayama) appro-priate to the student’s ability and com-fort level. The actual structure of theclasses may vary based on the studentbase, but a gentle class focused on in-creasing mobility, functionality as wellas becoming comfortable in a yogaclass is the main focus.

Pose by Pose also offers monthlyworkshops, including workshops inmeditation, chakra, heart opening, andvarious styles of yoga. Former informa-

tion or a list of upcoming workshopsplease visit www.PoseByPoseYoga.com.

This month, Pose by Pose will beopening up a small shop within theirstudio, where guests can buy yoga-re-lated items such as blocks and otherprops, mats, apparel, bracelets and ac-cessories.

Jennifer says, “We are a familyand a community. We want you tofeel welcome, which is why we offeryou a place to sit, allowing you torelax before and after class. We have abreak area where you can enjoy somehot tea before or after your yoga ses-sion. We don’t stack classes on top ofeach other because we want you to beable to take your time. Our teacherscome early and stay late to make youfeel comfortable.”

“We come early and leave latenot because we have to but becausewe want to,” adds instructor Emil-ianna. “This is our house as well. Iwant people to come in and feel thewarmth, so our students can have theexperience that this is what yoga reallyis. It’s about having support andforming a community.”
