Properties of CuVerro® Antimicrobial Copper

4 Trimco has partnered with Olin Metals to manufacture door hardware made from CuVerro® copper based alloys. Our manufacturing facility is in Los Angeles, California.

4 There are no touch surfaces that can compare with the natural killing power of CuVerro® Antimicrobial Surfaces used in Trimco door hardware.

4 CuVerro® alloys are registered with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

4 EPA–approved testing demonstrates CuVerro’s antimicrobial effectiveness.

4 When cleaned regularly, copper based materials such as CuVerro® by Trimco kill 99.9% of Staphylococcus, Aureus, Enterobacter aerogenes, Escherichia coli 0157:H7 Pseudomonas aerugunosa and methicillin-resistant staphylococcusAureus (MSRA) and most all other bacteria within two hours. Users must follow simple sanitary hygienic practices.
