out shows at London's O2 Arena, in 2009, butpassed away in June that year (2009) just weeksbefore the run of gigs was due to begin.

The star's mother, Katherine, has brought awrongful death lawsuit against bosses of con-cert promoters AEG Live, who were behindJackson's This Is It shows, alleging they werenegligent in ignoring her son's life-threateninghealth issues as he was not well enough to per-form.

Now the hearing in Los Angeles has beentold Jackson was so out of shape he planned tolip-sync some songs and use an auto-cuemachine to prompt him on his lyrics.

A jaw-dropping stunt, in which Jacksonappeared to leap through a pane of glass, wouldhave featured a lookalike to fool fans.

Choreographer, Travis Payne, told the courton Tuesday, May 14th, 2013, he received anemail from another worker on the This Is Itshows stating: "Michael Jackson is not in shapeenough yet to sing this stuff live and dance atthe same time."
