Online Course

• Required component of application process• Basics of Acquisitions Agreement

• The Why and How of Acquisitions• Anatomy of an Acquisition Agreement• Indemnification• Due Diligence

• Must complete all 4 Modules to be considered for team.

Online Course - Process• Each module includes video lectures and asks students to analyze a client problem and respond to it via video.

• After responding to the posed problem, students review other student responses, give and get feedback, and ultimately unlock access to an expert’s answer.

• The course is free and open to all. It opens on Monday, September 28 and ends on Sunday, November 29.

• Join the Basics of Acquisition Agreements Group by selecting the green Join this Group button

Application Process• Complete Basics of Acquisitions Agreement and Submit application by November 30 @ 12PM

• We will review the applications and student submissions online LawMeet submissions.

• We may elect to hold a small number of interviews

• Team will be selected by December 11.

After Selection

• Additional Training• Select readings, online materials and preparation activities and practice rounds.

• Led by experienced coaches

Intermural Meet

• Spring 2016

• Will need to complete the Basics of Acquisition Agreements in order to participate in intermural meet.
