Iraqi Flight School (IFS)

QNA provides fixed and rotary wing pilot training as well as aviation maintenance training to assist Iraq in rebuilding its military aviation capability. QNA created, from scratch, a viable aviation training program that meets US Army and US Air Force standards. 49 new Iraqi pilots, 1 instructor pilot, and 10 helicopter maintainers have graduated from the QNA training program. “We are highly pleased with your progress in such a short time given the immense complexities of starting such an operation in Iraq.”

Deployable Joint Command & Control (DJC2) System

DJC2 provides the Joint Task Force Commander with a full range of interoperable, robust, standardized, and scaleable systems and tools for planning, executing, and assessing joint combined operations. QNA developed the Joint Training Systems Plan (JTSP) and instructor-led training package; our team delivers a two-to-five week instructional package

at six worldwide locations on Systems Administration, Network, Communications, and Infrastructure courses; we also produce Web Based Training and Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs). Technical Support to the Operating Forces (TSOF)

TSOF is a critical link in the successful fielding and deployment of Ground Command & Control (C2) systems and software for the Marine Corps and Joint Operating Forces. QNA delivers on-call and on-site systems administration and software support as well as troubleshooting at Camp Pendleton CA, Camp LeJeune NC, Iraq, Afghanistan, Djibouti, Okinawa, Bahrain, Thailand, Korea, Australia and Germany. Real-time remote support is provided by phone, fax, e-mail, Internet Relay Chat, or Web Applications. “Thanks to your [team] efforts we are the first West Coast MEU to deploy with VoIP capability.”

Combat Operations Center (COC)COC is the Marine Corps’ largest Command Post system program that provides the network, communication, tactical data systems, and operational facilities for mobile command and control operations across all echelons and functional areas of the Corps. QNA delivered New Equipment Training (NET), In-Theater Field Support (Iraq/Afghanistan), Curriculum development, and Interactive Multimedia Instruction. Our team conducted over 200 one-week stand-up training evolutions worldwide. Received a letter of appreciation from the Commander, Marine Corps Systems Command: “I appreciate your willingness to go on the road to meet the needs of the operating forces.”

Blue Force Tracker Family of Systems (BFT FoS)

BFT FoS is a digital information system which provides integrated, on-the-move, timely, relevant battle command information and situational awareness (SA) to tactical combat leaders. The FBCB2 software allows Marines to pass orders and graphics to visualize the commander’s intent and scheme of maneuver. QNA delivers NET and exercise support as well as curriculum development and testing support for the follow-on solution, Joint Battle Command-Platform (JBC-P). “Our… team was the first and only contractor team to cross the line of departure with the Marine Corps’ RCT-1, -5, and -7 on their march into Baghdad…providing systems, communications, and networking support.”

Data Transport Services (DTS)QNA is the prime contractor for SPAWAR Systems Command-Atlantic’s premier Marine Corps communications training single award ID/IQ. Our teams deliver a full range of training development, delivery, and support services to the Tactical C2 Engineering Division, MCSC’s Product Groups 11, 12, 14, and Navy’s Expeditionary Combat Command. We have developed, revised, and updated training materials for numerous vehicle-mounted and man-packed communications systems.
