DEMONSTRATE COMPETENCY IN HANDLING EMERGENCIES UTILIZING ALL BASIC LIFE SUPPORT EQUIPMENT AND SKILLS IN ACCORDANCE WITH ALL BEHAVIORAL OBJECTIVES IN THE DOT/FIRST RESPONDER CURRICULUM
