If you are reviewing a document that has been peer-edited by someone
else…
Step #1: Because someone has already peer-edited your document using track changes, you will probably skip this step. However, if the Track Changes toolbar is not available, then: -Click on Tools -Select Track Changes.

Step #4: If you disagree with the edits your peer-editor made, select the “Reject Change/Delete Comment” button. Your peer-editor’s suggestion/change is no longer in RED. This section is now changed back to it’s original form (void of your peer-editor’s modification)

Remember, if you ever delete, accept, or reject a change by accident, you can always reverse this mistake through the “Undo” button (ctrl + Z).
*Step #6: Comments are helpful ways of reading complements/concerns your peer-editor has about information you wrote. After reviewing the comment, you can easily delete the comment by: -Right-click the comment *A task-window will appear.* -Select “Delete Comment”
