Function:The press ram is moved forwardover a toggle mechanism by pul-ling on the hand lever. Pressingthe start button on the lever, aftera limit switch is tripped, results ina 6 mm long pneumatic powerstroke. Releasing the lever or thestart button ends the power stro-ke.

Evolution of a tool fixture concept for long term investment

Can be relocated and rotated. Morepower due to optimum release, with-out compromising process reliability.

Typically, the toolingon small presses isattached into a pilotbore and secured witha set screw.

Disadvantage:If the threads are damaged, theexpensive ram must be replaced.

TOX®-FinePress inte-gral tool fixture con-cept. Select from three choices:

Clamping disc ele-ments provide highradial clamping forcesfor a strong connec-tion.

Advantage:No damage to tool fixture.Zero clearance and detachable.
