1. Their jazz repertoire had a wide range – including Creole, Dixieland, and honky tonk styles. While they featured strong work on rhythm guitar, their signature sound was powered by a unique brass section. Yet they did not catch on with the audience of their time. This was no problem for Harry, because he was doing well in his day job, but we have no information on how it affected Guitar George. How about Modest Mussorgsky's Pictures at an Exhibition, and Aaron Copland's Fanfare for the Common Man and Hoedown. FTP all formed the basis of recordings by what 1970s art-rock trio, which briefly resurfaced in the ‘80’s with a new drummer named Powell?

Werner Klemperer followed in his father’s footsteps as a symphony conductor. Oddly enough, he doesn’t mention his work as Scooter McNutty, who was added to the cast of characters on this TV show circa 1998. McNutty provides the ill-behaved foil to Miss Etta Kette; other recurring figures include Mr. Boyd (the janitor who moonlights as a concert pianist), Booker T. Bookworm, B.J., and perhaps TV’s most insufferable character, Baby Bop. FTP name this PBS children’s series, which once prompted a 7-year-old Ansley Steinhice to ask her dad how to spell “sucks.”

13. St. Louis construction contractor Bob Chandler wanted to reinforce the frame of his 4x4 Ford pickup truck so that it wouldn't break whenever it encountered obstacles. Spawning such imitators as Reptoid, Grave Digger, and Bear Foot, it started appearing at paid events in 1979 but did not begin running over other vehicles till 1981. 15. Its development was put in motion in June 1962, with instructions that it be ready, package and all, by April 1, 1963. The name has no significance, being picked from a list of short words with vowels that weren’t already trademarked. It was nearly killed when cyclamates were banned, but saccharin came to the rescue. When that sweetener was also found to cause cancer, Coke started marketing Diet Coke with Nutrasweet instead, and this beverage was all but relegated to the dustbin of history. One of many follow-ups to Magic: the Gathering produced by Wizards of the Coast, it was inspired by a quick glance down an alley in Hong Kong. His attorney, Yale Galanter, said in opening statements that Jeffrey Pattison, the person who filed the complaint, had often seen this defendant and his car in the neighborhood and had been spoiling for a fight. The extent of the fight, according to Pattison, was that his glasses were ripped off, and even less, if you ask the defendant. FTP, identify this road rage defendant, acquitted this time without the aid of Johnnie Cochrane.
