The early part of Todd’s career was spent as a lead

designer and project manager for numerous high-end

residential projects in locations all across the United

States. His years in the residential sector afforded him

the opportunity to create fully customized interior

designs for client residences and oversee these

projects from initial planning through installation. In

his search for a new challenge, Todd joined Hirsch

Bedner Associates in 2007.

He serves as an Associate for HBA and is currently

at work on several luxury hotel projects around the

globe. He is inspired by popular culture and cutting

edge trends from the worlds of fashion and design,

and his projects reflect this modern aesthetic with

classic and sophisticated touches that have become

his signature. His work has been featured in numerous

shelter publications.

Kerry Center Shanghai is a five-star mixed-use development including hotel, office, retail, specialty F&B, and residential components surrounding the historic residence of Mao Tse Tung in the heart of

An adaptive re-use project marries modern architectural details and artistic inspirations, reinventing the neighborhood surrounding the hotel.

Atlanta’s skyline is dotted with magnificent structures that exemplify forward-thinking architectural developments, many of which were the brainchild of legendary architect, John Portman. As part of a mixed re-use project, the Hotel indigo is a conversion of a portion of the office building at 230

Peachtree Street. Uniquely located at the epicenter of downtown with direct access to the America’s Mart, the hotel services both guests that attend the retail mart events as well as the downtown area business travellers. 230 Peachtree indigo embraces the neighborhood with its rich history of Atlanta.
