The Beatitudes remind us to look at our approach to life. If we approach life from the
perspective of faith, our goal of eternal life with Christ is made a more visible part of the
whole picture that we see. Faith also helps us to have a better attitude toward loving God
and loving our neighbor. We then may see ourselves as part of the whole People of God
instead of the whole (only) part.

The Great Men Program is for men who are committed to being better. Being better means being fully engaged with our faith, our marriage, our fatherhood, and our friendships. Families and schools in the Dallas Diocese that pray for vocations continues to increase and our prayers are being rewarded. In May of 2019, three seminarians will be ordained. At the present time, seventy-six men are in formation to become priests in the Dallas Diocese. The more we pray and talk about vocations, the more vocations we get! Las bienaventuranzas nos recuerdan mirar nuestro enfoque de la vida. Si nos acercamos a la vida desde la perspectiva de la fe, nuestra meta de la vida eterna con Cristo es una parte más visible de toda la imagen que vemos. La fe también nos ayuda a tener una mejor actitud hacia amar a Dios y amar a nuestro prójimo. Entonces podemos vernos a nosotros mismos como parte de todo el Pueblo de Dios en lugar de toda la parte (única).
