IR Pant – Managing Director - a Graduate Engineer from Regional Engineering College, Allahabad had been in telecommunication field since last 19 years. He has experience of rolling out AIRTEL GSM Network of Delhi, one of the first metros GSM network. As a Head of engineering he rolled out ESCOTEL (now Idea) GSM Network in UP (W). He also worked for Ericsson in China and Brazil for three years. Before starting TNS, Mr. Pant worked for Lucent Technologies as Project Director for MTNL GSM Network for Delhi and Mumbai. He rolled out Delhi MTNL GSM 900 network, that was turnkey project awarded to Lucent Technologies.

Ajay Kant Rai – Director Infra Division, a Graduate Engineer from University of Mysore with total 16 Years of experience of various Projects. He had been in telecommunication field since last 13 years. He has experience to built AIRTEL GSM Network for Delhi as an out side plant (OSP) manager. As a Head of Implementation in ESCOTEL (now Idea) GSM Network in UP (W), and executed GSM Network infrastructures. Before starting TNS, Mr. Rai was working for Lucent Technologies. As an OSP manager he was responsible for infrastructure development and BTS / MW equipment installation.

T Veryani – Director Network Division , a Graduate Engineer from BITS, Pilani with total experience of 34 years in ITI Ltd handling important portfolios like marketing of non DoT products and the regional head for north India for a period for 5 years. He was also the head of the project department (Network System Unit) of ITI Ltd at Delhi handling DoT and defense project for a period of two years. Worked as project director for MTNL GSM project Delhi and Mumbai for a period of two years.

Sanjay Joshi - A&F Controller, A Charted Accountant (CA) with 18 years of experience in handling regulatory, banking and finance.

KEY PERSONS Anil Pande – Executive Director, a Graduate Engineer from Regional Engineering College, Allahabad had been in mechanical and automation field since last 20 years. He had been with LML, Excide and has abroad assignment for 6 years in Malaysia in the field of automation. He is responsible for all manufacturing facilities of TNS.

Satyendra Singh– Head Infra BU, a Graduate Engineer in Mechanical from IIT Roorkee had worked for GTL before joining TNS and having 18 years of experience. He heads Infra division of TNS and supports Director Infra.

HS Minhas – GM Network BU , a Graduate Engineer with vast telecommunication experience in Army Signals . He is responsible for implementation of active telecom network components and heads network implementation wing of Network BU.

RR Sharma – Head Shelter Plant, A experience professional in manufacturing field with 30 years of rich and varied experience heads Shelter Plant of TNS.

Krishna Murari- Head Quality, A Post Graduate in Business Management has worked in various organizations as certified quality auditor. A black belt in six sigma is instrumental to implement ISO 9000 in TNS.

SK Yadav – Head Tower Plant, A Post Graduate in Business Management and Engineer in Electricals with vast experience in maintenance of warships has worked in various organizations including Indian Navy before joining TNS. He manages tower plant of TNS.

Sanjay Mishra – Head TNS Soft, A Post Graduate in Computer Applications(MCA) heads TNS Soft BU.

Nidhi Sumbly – Head TNS Training Institute, A experienced professional in the field of training had been working with various reputed organizations imparting training before joining TNS.
