What is Poverty?
• “Poverty is about not having enough money to meet basic needs including food, clothing and shelter.” (What is Poverty?, 2008)
• What poverty means to me personally is not having that capability to provide for a family, and what I mean by that is not being able to provide for food, a shelter, clothes, transportation anything that would not be a fulfillment to our “basic needs”

• Lack of Food

• Social security.• Welfare.• Education.• Government over spending.• Military.• Bad choices.
Poverty in a Third World Country
• Lack of education• Unstable government
• Crimes • Poor economy
• Lack of medical/health care• Being indebted to other countries
