York Solutions Survey

We surveyed over 150 people that started their jobs since April 2020

We wanted to understand how the remote experience has affected their onboarding experience

Our goal was to learn how we could take those results and improve the onboarding, training and production in a 100% remote environment

Pre-Covid19 Surveys

• Gallup finds that only 12% of employees strongly agree that their organization does a great job onboarding new employees.

• According to the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), employee turnover can be as much as 50% in the first 18 months of employment.

• SHRM estimates that it will cost a company six to nine months of an employee's salary to identify and onboard a replacement.
