CYCLING CLASSESBEGINNER INDOOR CYCLING + +

This class will teach new riders the basics of indoor cycling, including proper bike set up, body alignment and positions. Classes will include interval and endur-ance training and will improve strength and recov-ery. Riders will also be taught the benefits of proper stretching both before and after riding. Come and learn to ride today.

INDOOR CYCLING + + +

Hit the hills, power the sprints, and chase down the competition. Get awesome cardio workouts with this high energy, heart-pounding, exhilarating class. Individual chooses intensity level so beginners to ad-vanced participants are encouraged to attend. New students please come early for proper bike fitting.

GROUP EXERCISE CLASSESBLAST + + +

Blast features an energetic blend of aerobic kickbox-ing, full body strength training and ab work.

BOOT CAMP FITNESS + + + +

This challenging strength and conditioning class will get you into peak physical condition by integrating functional strength training including TRX, cardio in-tervals and core strengthening. A wide range of in-door and outdoor drills (seasonally) will be the focus of this class.

GROUP FIT + + +

Come and be challenged by this blend of resistance work and cardio intervals. This class will use a variety of resistance exercises and will incorporate dumb-bells, elastic bands, gravity based moves and stability balls. Come and get FIT!

GROUP STRENGTH + + +

Be strong. This course will focus on resistance training and will strengthen and tone all of the major muscle groups using barbells, dumbbells, gravity based exer-cises resistance bands and more.

KROC FIT BASIC* + +

Kroc Fit Basic is a class designed for mature adults and individuals at a basic fitness level. Come and increase stamina, total body strength, and balance. KROC YOGA: EXTRA GENTLE +

This class provides an extra gentle, relaxed workout using an easy-does-it approach that is designed to improve posture, increase range of motion, flexibility, strength, and breathing techniques. Students in this class have the option of sitting or standing while ex-ercising. This class is recommended for injury recovery & for people who have physical limitations.

KROC YOGA: GENTLE + +

This class combines gentle stretching and toning movements with breathing techniques and is de-signed to improve flexibility, balance, range of mo-tion, concentration, and muscle tone. The class em-phasizes proper alignment during movement postures making it a perfect fit for the beginner or advanced student who wants to move and learn at a slower, gentler pace. This class is open to all ability levels.

Enjoy stretching and toning all muscle groups while you develop flexibility, strength and stamina. This class will enhance your physical and mental strength by linking flowing sequences of movement and breathing techniques. Benefits include increased range of motion, concentration and muscle tone. This shallow water aerobics class provides choreo-graphed routines for stretching, toning, and cardio-vascular improvement.

AQUA SCULPT +

Use the natural resistance of water, along with breathing and relaxation techniques, to improve bal-ance, core strength, stability, enhance flexibility, and heighten mind-body awareness. Instruction can be modified for all levels.

NEW! AQUA MED +

Water exercise is the best medicine! This class is adapted for individuals not ready for regular aquat-ic group exercise. This class will use the healing and soothing environment of water and gentle exercise to promote healthy bodies. It offers another tool in managing chronic conditions and pain.

AQUA ZUMBA® + +

Now in the Cove Pool! Join us for this high energy, shallow water workout incorporating dance moves and aerobics. Zumba® is a workout that’s good for the body and mind.

ARTHRITIS GENTLE +

This class is a gentle step down from our oth-er water aerobic classes. You will still bene-fit from the overall body workout at a slightly gentler pace.

ARTHRITIS FIT* + +

Participants are guided through a series of move-ments designed by specialists, geared to reduce the pain and stiffness associated with arthritis. Partic-ipants exercise to improve flexibility, strength and range of motion. Swimming skills are not required. *Recommended for Silver&Fit®.

RIVER WALK CLASS + +

Power walk your way to a healthy lifestyle in our lazy river! Moving with and against the current helps build cardiovascular and muscle strength.

POWER RIVER + + + +

This high intensity workout in the Cove Pool River incorporates cardio resistance challenges, core and strength movement for the upper body while utilizing the river’s dynamic current. Come ready to work hard and burn calories and challenge the inner athlete in you!

SUPER SATURDAY RIVER + + +

This class is designed for the weekend warrior who is ready and willing to work hard. Power river exercises, cardio resistance challenges, and core and strength moves for the upper body utilize the river’s dynamic current to challenge the inner athlete in all of us. Be ready to work and burn calories.

COMP POOL (80–82°)AQUA TABATA + + + +

The focus of this class is fat burning! The class begins with a short warm-up followed by thirty minutes of high intensity interval training in the water. Be ready to deploy the “work” in this workout!

DEEP WATER RUNNING + + +

This class uses high and low cadence deep water running to improve your cardio conditioning, muscle endurance, turnover and functional running strength. The results are amazing! Deep water running is an ex-cellent low impact way to reduce stress on the joints, stay cool while training, prevent injuries, recover from injuries, and is a great alternative to training outdoors on rainy days.

DEEP WATER SENSATION 360 + + +

Kick it up a notch with this fast, no-impact class designed to build cardiovascular strength and while muscle tone. Participants must feel comfortable in deep water. Flotation belts and other equipment are provided on a first-come, first served basis.

HYDRO-MANIACS + + +

This class is a rigorous cross-training of water jogging, swimming, water aerobics, modified plyometric, strength, and cardiovascular exercises.

KROC MASTERS ADULT SWIM WORKOUT + + +

Are you an adult (18–108 years old) interested in stroke improvement, coached workouts and camara-derie? If so, this program is for you! Turn your de-termination into liquid speed. Fitness and triathlon swimmers are welcome.

NEW! MS WATER SOLUTIONS +

This is a modified gentle water exercise class designed for individuals with Multiple Sclerosis (MS). It is de-signed to motivate participation, increase physical activity, improve flexibility, gait, range of motion, and balance.

Join us for weekly Adult Water Polo sessions. Warm-ups and drills will be followed by some quality playing time. New and experienced players welcome. Prereq-uisite: the ability to swim 200 yards and tread water is recommended.
