• An ODA Reporting Officer has to be appointed by MoFA and specially trained regarding DAC/CRS reporting. A back-up person at MoF shall be trained

• Proper Guidelines and Instructions to be sent to all actors.

• The model can presently be applied in a simple Excel file, but could later be transformed into a proper IT format.

• The model shall be unlimited in the sense that new codes/measures can be added

• The Project Holders/Intermediate bodies are responsible for the Quality of reporting. The ODA Reporting Officer for the Compilation of the material.

• The elaboration of the Reporting System shall take its starting point in existing Slovak reporting systems

• Slovak Government/MoFA has to make their own definition of certain issues.

• The report format shall indicate the budget line from which funds are allocated.

• A proper filing system for handling of records should be established
