Changes in Room AllocationsChanges in room allocation on the fourth floor of Blocks C and D, Block A ground floor and Basement Area will start on Monday 29 April, after the Easter recess. Notices are available in the Foyer. In case of queries please contact Ms Marthese Azzopardi at the Office of the Principal (Room B004).

Caps for L-IstrinaA reminder that caps will still be collected throughout the year. Any cap will do – not only bottled drink caps, but also milk caps, soap bottle caps and school marker caps. Caps for L-Istrina may be left at Reception until the end of November.
European Elections 2019For the first time in Maltese history, 16-year old youngsters have the right and civic duty to vote in electoral processes. In view of the upcoming EU Parliament Elections in May, Junior College in collaboration with the EU Parliament Office in Malta is organising an information campaign and a mock voting activity in the JC Canteen on Monday 8 April.

Il-Maltin fl-EwropaStudents and staff are invited to participate in a Political Debate with MEP candidates. The debate organised by Ħsieb Ħieles JC will take place on Tuesday 9 April in Conference Room (room B006).

Ħolqa 2019
Another amazing edition of Ħolqa was held at JC between 25 - 29 March. The 6th edition of Holqa - International Youth Arts Festival celebrated diversability through art and provided a platform for talented local and foreign groups alike.
We wish to thank everyone who participated and made it a success!
Thank you to all the participants who took part in the Gozo Interschool Leagues on 27 March and the Hand-ball League on 1 April. Well done to all!

Laqgħa mal-istudenti tal-MaltiNhar it-Tnejn, l-1 t’April 2019, il-Professur John Portelli ltaqa’ mal-istudenti li qegħdin jistudjaw il-Malti fil-Livell Avvanzat ġewwa l-Kulleġġ. Huwa spjega kif minkejja li ilu jgħix il-Kanada għal aktar minn 40 sena, huwa ħass li għandu jibqa’ jikteb xogħlijietu bil-lingwa nattiva tiegħu. L-awtur ġie intervistat mil-lettur Dr Mario Cassar. Matul l-intervista, l-awtur tkellem fost l-oħrajn dwar kif il-letteratura tista’ tħalli impatt fuq is-soċjetà. L-istudenti kellhom ukoll l-opportunità jisimgħu lill-awtur jaqra xi wħud mill-poeżiji tiegħu.
Our Lady of SorrowsThe Our Lady of Sorrows Mass will be held on Friday 12 April from 11:00 to 12:00 in the Junior College Foyer. The Mass will be animated by students who make part of the JC orchestra, and singers Nicole Frendo and Shaian Debono. The collection during Mass will be in aid of Puttinu Cares.
During the day, staff and students are invited to bring back the PAY it FORWARD cards distributed during Lent and pin them upon a notice board which will be prepared in the foyer. Our aim is to give witness of our individual and collective efforts in renewing our lives during Lent.
