Born a man, Barca Constantin is a member of the Barca Family from Dor Marunt. The nephew of Barca Alexandru (the most faithful "man" of Ion Iacomi). A few years ago, when Barca was Director at APIA Bucharest, I requested an audience of the institution, an audience through which I tried to put an end to the abuses imposed on me by Iacomi through Barca and Dumitrascu, through which APIA Calarasi struggled to block the farm subsidy led by me nbm. The blocking of the APIA subsidy had to represent for my farm the bankruptcy and implicitly an easy target in the way of the Iacomi Family, in search of "easy prey", for the Clan that is constantly increasing in number and always hungry and insatiable. At that time, however, I did not know the proportion of the plan, nor the fact that Barca and Dumitrascu were simple tools, bad sticks by which Iacomi eliminates one and the other! After almost two years of abuse, misery, harassment, in which even APIA Calarasi employees were sent with "remote sensing" like a plow, they reach the audience at the Director of APIA Bucharest, where we try to unblock almost 150,000 Euros! For almost two years Baraca Constantin- APIA BUCURESTI (General Manager), fellow citizen with me and Dumitrascu Bogdan Director of APIA Calarasi, responded to Iacomi Iulian's requests to destroy my farm, to take over the factory with everything, for nothing! The Iacomization of Baragan also implies the lack of the Romanian State Authorities, and we are talking here about the Police, the so-called Secret Services, DIICOT, Prosecutor's Offices, politicized and useless institutions, subordinated to the Organized Crime of the Party! This is how the Party destroyed the entire Calarasi County!

I reach the audience at the Director of APIA Bucharest, then led by Barca Constantin. At that time, Costica did not have white and gray hair like now! I start by exposing the problem and requesting a simple correction in the APIA System, a correction that requires

the consent of the Director. It was a simple case, which led to the release of an amount of about 200,000 euros, representing the subsidy on several packages and several years, a subsidy that was given by the EU for farmers. This aspect is important in order to understand what Barca Constantin, PSD Deputy, sent by Calarasi County in the Romanian Parliament to represent the County, will offer! He will offer nothing, as Iulian Iacomi did not offer anything, in his capacity as Deputy! Misery, incompetence and theft, the essential definition of the Calarasi Underworld, reached political positions! I left the audience with the definite impression that I was talking to a wall, to a chair, disappointed, but with a step closer to understanding what is happening! A few years would pass, until the facts would be clarified and those guilty of the deeds of that time would come forward to tell what happened. One thing is for sure, Barca Constantin was not the Director of APIA Bucharest, it was a simple tool. Not only did Barca not do anything to help the farmer, but he put the cross over his grave, taking care to put some stones above the grave, making sure he cannot come out…

As usual, Gigel Curea immediately went to the spot where the Agent on the A2 called to stand aside to solve it! Nobody wants to accept responsibility for the difficult situation in the County! The Prefect of Calarasi County, General Stoica Marian, is very busy covering up the actions of the members of the Party he represents, in order to have time to understand the fact that when at Party level, you cover exceptional acts of corruption, someone bears the consequences! In general, those who are the first to hit the reality of Calarasi are the weak and vulnerable: children and the elderly!

Following the fantastic action of DIICOT which targeted the "Group" already deconstructed three times (those with child raising allowances), I went to the office of DIICOT Calarasi, to interview the Chief Prosecutor Neagu Madalina, Head of the Office of DIICOT Calarasi.

Xenofonte, maddened by the hundreds of versions of criminal complaints (sent by us), handled the cases with great care, in order to cover in vain the beginning of the criminal investigation against the members of the Iacomi Clan. Ion Iacomi did not go to the Prosecutor's Office to withdraw the complaint, which was anything but a complaint, and Angelica did everything, except an investigation! And that's how Petrache Angelica and Xenofonte Purcarea came to show the whole County how she conducts criminal investigations more like "the witch mother Omida" in her good times, without contact, without analysis, without questions, without anything… The logical question is how did Prosecutor Angelica manage to deduce the truth without verifying the facts? Does the Calarasi Prosecutor's Office have revolutionary investigative tools, which they use to read the thoughts? Does Xenofonte have "visions"? The deed itself represents the recognition of the complicity of Prosecutor Xenofonte Purcarea in the Calarasi Organized Crime group. This is while they have to deal with hundreds of criminal complaints against the Group, complaints that they "fight" to hide. ISU Calarasi needs ISCIR authorized cranes and authorized and qualified Loaders! Given that the crane will mostly lift cars and overturned trucks, there are a number of issues that ISU Calarasi must think about before putting the machine into operation:

a) If the machine lifts a car for example, which does not have a total damage and for various reasons the car escapes the straps and falls from the crane who bears the damage? The insurance company will tell you that it pays the damages caused by the driver, in the best case! Shouldn't ISU also think about an accident insurance for the crane and here we are talking about possible damages and accidents that may occur in the use of the machine when lifting other goods? b) The crane needs a series of "attachments" to be able to be used in case of an earthquake, for example if a block collapses! You can help with lifting a large piece of concrete (a sheet). In this case, you need a "set of clamps" that can catch and tighten the lifting area of a concrete sheet. Long straps are needed in case you need to intervene on an overturned wagon! There are many situations that require various attachments that are currently missing from the ISU Fire Department and it is not clear if they will be purchased! That means Paduraru cannot replace the Law with a page of internal regulations of the unit, especially considering the fact that the crane in question will operate outside the Military Unit! c) Keeping the machine in ice and snow, in the rain and wind will lead to premature wear of the machine. e) The crane must be served by a small and specialized number of people, but very well prepared! With a course to deepen the notions of applied mechanics, centres of gravity, calculation of volumes and masses, ways of tying and rotating suspended objects, etc. f) Labour Protection requires a separate approach to the activity of Firefighter! Thus, a complete set of Labour Protection elements are necessary to be the operators of the machine, separate from the risks deriving from the activity of Firefighter. Preparing the load binders "at the garage door" will not bring you anything good, in case of Emergency! Bought in mid-2020, the ISU Calarasi crane is far from having complete crews, ready for action and thoroughly prepared! We are waiting for other notifications to the office@experimentullehliu.ro
