The theme of the project for the third class of elementary school is taken from a well-known cartoon called Mach and Sebestova. The phone receiver has the magic power to get the pupils into various adventurous situations (partial projects). The project guide is a ‘painter’ ( the teacher in role) and two new fellow students Mach and Sebestova (pictures). To be able to present the project‘s progress, at the beginning of the school year the teacher prepares a website template.
Project plan:
• arrival of the painter, project introduction• learning with the magic receiver• Christmas musical• various actual projects• morning oasis session• theatre performance ‘Mach and Sebestova’ at the end of school
year• class website presentation (www.sluchatko.com)• going to theatres• and many planned as well as unplanned activities
