Zach Ngai - Zach Ngai attended high school at the Bronx High School of Science. Growing up was a challenge for Zach since he was constantly moving from state to state due to his parents’ jobs. Zach had lived in four different places by the time he was ten. Zach was born in California and had lived there until he was seven years of age. From there, he moved to Dallas texas and had begun third grade there. Before the beginning fourth grade, Zach had moved back to California. School was especially hard for Zach since he was always the smallest in his class which made it hard for him to make friends, however, throughout his childhood, his older sister was always there for him. At the end of the seventh grade, Zach had moved to New York. He attended high school at The Bronx High School of Science. He stayed in New York until the end of his senior year at The Bronx High School of Science.

Redwanul Mutee - Not much is know about Redwanul Mutee. Amongst his friends, Redwanul goes by either Ridwan or Red. He was born in April 14th 1997 in London, England. He lived in New York most of life and attended The Bronx High School of Science along with Zach, Abyaz and Sion. He currently resides happily with his family in New York City.

Sion Lee - Sion is a 15 year old girl who attends The Bronx High School of

Science. Her main goal in life is to be happy in whatever she does. She has lived in New York City all her life- and plans to stay there. When she grows older, however, she will travel to various places around the world. Her biography is extremely terse because she thinks that it is impossible to describe oneself in a condensed amount of words. That is all.

Abyaz Qusem- The bundle of joy, known as Abyaz Qusem, came to this world

on October 10th 1997. He is a Bengali-Muslim who is now 14 years old. Also, he has a 10-year old sister, Faaraz. Abyaz currently attends the Bronx High School of Science. He attended Rainbowland Pre-school, P.S. 11, and I.S.125, before Bronx Science. Abyaz lived in New York all his life, but has visited Bangladesh as well. Abyaz longest visitation to Bangladesh was from 2004-2006. During that period of time, Abyaz became thoroughly familiar with the Bengali spoken and written language. As a Bengali, a lot was expected of his academic performance. He was able to shine a little bit by being accepted by Bronx Science through the SHSAT. He has to now look onward to the SAT and get into a good college. He looks to have his degrees in either psychology or law.

Stay positive.

A person that usually stays positive is affected by stress

much less than the person that is pessimistic. This is

because of an optimist’s ability to always stay happy, so

his/her body stays “happy” as well. Seeing the glass as

half full or realizing the silver lining helps one stay focus

on his/her goal. Staying positive can be very crucial in

situations such as weight loss. One has to be committed

and focused to reach his/her desired weight.

Try to maintain a

healthy sleeping

schedule.

The amount of sleep one gets is a very significant factor

on his/her well-being. Sleep rests and recuperates the

body after a long day of using energy. A person needs 6

to 8 hours of sleep to be fully energized and ready to take

on the next day. Anything lower can cause fatigue and

increased lethargy in one’s life.

Unwind yourself

once in a while.

A lot of work puts a lot in one’s mind. This will

eventually cause stress, which has a negative toll on one’s

body. It can have small effects such as lethargic behavior

to full-blown psychological disorders. Having the ability

to relax will help decrease stress levels, ergo, being

beneficial to one’s body health. In addition, the break

taken from the work at hand may bring the mind more

ideas and various perspectives, so relaxing not only helps

the body, but the work at hand as well.

Maintain a healthy

social life.

Eating healthy and exercising are only the foundation of

creating a healthy lifestyle. There are still various

building blocks needed to reach that goal. One of them is

a healthy social life. One needs people close to them, so

they can receive emotional support. They will act as

guides aiding them in the process by helping them

concentrate. A healthy social life is a essential part of

one’s social health, and one’s social health is part of

his/her overall health.

that will exercise with you, and

motivate you

to do it, as well.

Having someone to exercise with you will make

working out more fun. Your exercise buddy is

confidence

Eat to sustain a healthy BMI, and to maintain a healthy

lifestyle.

A healthy BMI or body mass index is essential for

keeping a healthy body. Unhealthy BMIs increases

mortality rates while healthy BMIs are a signal for strong

bodies that are less likely to catch diseases. If a person

with a healthy BMI does catch a disease of infection,

he/she is more likely to recover than those with unhealthy

BMIs. To maintain a healthy BMI, eat healthy, regularly,

and sustainably as well as exercising daily.

the less important things if time is still available. Work

Know that you have other motives in life that will steer

you on the right track and help you get where you are

going. If you are a victim of peer pressure, make excuses
