Dear Parents and Community Members,
Special Parade
Mrs Kaddatz will be leaving Eton State School to take up a new position in Education at the end of Term 1. Mrs Kaddatz has been a staff member at Eton since 2008 and it is with sadness that we see her go, we wish her all the best in her new adventure. A special parade will be held on Friday 5th April at 11am to farewell Mrs Kaddatz. Everyone is welcome to attend. Small Schools Athletics Day This coming Tuesday our students born in 2010 – 2007 will be competing in the PV Small Schools Field events, held at Pinnacle State School. Families have been asked to provide transport for their child and a packed lunch if they have not pre-ordered tuckshop from the Pinnacle P&C. Good Luck students! Go Eton! On Wednesday, the whole school will be participating in the PV Small Schools Athletics Carnival held at Nth Eton State School. Students may start to arrive from 8 am. Please remember to wear full school uniform, hat and water bottle. Our P&C is convening the tuckshop for this event, please assist by volunteering your time throughout the day to prepare or sell food. Students will be supervised in our Eton School tent on this day. End of Term Reward Activity & Family Fun Afternoon A reward activity is being organised for our students on Friday 5th April who have demonstrated good behaviour throughout the whole term. Students who have received two detentions this term will be working quietly in the office. Parents are asked to come along and join in the fun activities with their children.
