The EAST LOS ANGELES COLLEGE FOUNDATION will be offering $103,000 in scholarship awards to the students of East Los Angeles College beginning this Fall 2013 Semester. We
encourage all Faculty and Staff to spread the word and inform students of this great opportunity!
SCHOLARSHIP DETAILS
WHAT: East Los Angeles College Foundation/CCCSEHOW MUCH: Up to $1,000 for Fall 2014 and Spring 2015 Semesters ($500 per semester provided eligibility is met)
How: This is an ONLINE application only and will be available beginning Tuesday, September 2, 2014.
WHEN: Application Deadline: Saturday, September 27, 2014Award Notifications to Students: Week of October 20, 2014 via e-mail
Scholarship Award Ceremony: November of 2014
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS•Student attending Fall 2014 must have completed 24 or more degree applicable semester units
•Student must be enrolled full-time (12 units or more) at ELAC during ALL terms in which the award remains active
•Student must be receiving the Board of Governor’s Fee Waiver•Mnimum 3.0 GPA
•Several scholarships require that a student have a specific major
