The first draft of the Treatment

The DNA strand is throbbing on discomfort and agony. Throughout the opening credits

Cut to the immune system. T cells alike swim through the body s system in an orderly and organizedfashion. Swerving and moving in pace, each one is very much part of the group.

Suddenly something heavy and strong lands onto one of the cells. The sheer force makes it dropdown from the group drastically as the group of T cells reform and to circulate around the body asusual. Short, thin stems latches onto the T cells receptors as it slowly and painfully ejects itself intothe cell. The two fuses together through the membrane, with the HIV shedding its envelope and intoa smaller as blacker form. Once inside the T cell the virus expands to a moment of relief and ease. Now floating above a glass like sphere it gleams a white misty ambience. RNA integrase and reversetranscriptase s are released. The RNA strand slithers through the reverse transcriptase s hoops andtransforms it into a double helix. The integrase then prepares this now false DNA strand by cuttingeach end. Ready to enter the heavenly sphere which is the cell s Nucleus, the integrase transportsthe HIV DNA inside.

Inside the Nucleus is blindingly bright and heavenly. Through the mist the Integrase can spot a faintmovement of something slowing circulating the sphere. It is the cell s DNA. The integrase carries theRNA and positions it where the DNA will be in a moment. Once there the RNA quickly and forcefullypushes itself against the DNA. A struggle between them occurs with the DNA trying of wriggle off theRNA. The DNA strand suddenly stops struggling. The infected HIV RNA is now a part of the cell sDNA. Now bind as one the DNA stranded turns a toxic black stands and stands to a halt. The nucleuserodes into blackness and soon after the entire T cell. A pause of complete stillness occurs. Insidethe Nucleus the DNA continues back to rotating around the nucleus. The T cells outer colour fades alighter shade and slowly resumes back to the colour it was a once before. Now under the control of the HIV genetic information, the T cell regroups with the others above and takes its place back into

    the immune system.`

The T cells are moving together as one again, unaware of one of them being controlled and deadly.Over time the infected cell turns darker and starts to move out of place from the group. Thebehaviour of this cell becomes more and more unusual till one moment it stops to a halt once again. The other T cells push past the cell trying to regroup and circulate the body. The infected cell turnstoxic black as when it was first infected. Throbbing violently in and out, the cell expands to double itssize and black spores eject out of its membrane. They instantly mature into the HIV cell and disperseaway. The infected cell is now heaving uncontrollably releasing more and more from this membrane.Soon the spores swamp area the T cells are immensely outnumbered as the infected cell heaves itslast batch of viruses. It shrinks and wrinkles down to half the size it originally was and floatsdownwards to its death.

The swamp of HIV cells now cloud the atmosphere inside the body with one spotting a T cell. It floatsover and hovers above the cell. The screen cuts to black. Back to the beginning the T cells are movingaligned with each other, and a dark sphere slowly approaches them from behind.
