The College Marketing Network FE First Awards 2019

The College Marketing Network is inviting entries for the 2019 FE First Awards for Marketing Excellence. The awards will be presented at the College Marketing Network’s Gala Dinner on Monday 2nd December 2019 as part of our 32nd Annual Conference at the Hilton Warwick.

*These categories are only open to colleges in current membership of the College Marketing Network at the time of the award on 2nd December.

What Awards will be made?Judges can award a Gold, Silver and Highly Commended award in each category.

Shortlisted colleges will be contacted before the 2019 Annual Conference and invited to the Gala Dinner and Awards ceremony at the Hilton Warwick. The organisers very much hope that those shortlisted for one of the Awards will be available to attend, so that all awards can be made at the ceremony.

Judges reserve the right not to make all of these awards if they do not feel all the entries reach their expected quality.

How to ApplyThe deadline for entries is 1pm, Thursday 3rd October 2019.

• You can enter either by email to office@m-network.org or by sending hard copies to The College Marketing Network, F16, Preston Technology Centre, Marsh Lane, Preston, PR1 8UQ.

• Use the specific submission form(s) for your chosen category(ies).

Please note: incomplete or late entries cannot be accepted. The following items MUST be included with your entry:

• A completed awards entry form (supplied with this brochure and also at www.m-network.org) to cover all the categories you enter;

• A purchase order number or the full entry fee for the total number of categories entered;

• A completed executive summary (3 copies if sent hard copy);

• (Hard copy entries) – 3 copies of your submission and all appendices.

• (Email entries) – 1 copy of your submission and all appendices.

Don’t forget there are separate submission forms and guidance for each category. Your entry MUST be made on the correct submission form which is available for download at www.m-network.org

PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ THE GUIDANCE AND THE SUBMISSION FORMS, even if you have entered the Awards before, as there are specific requirements for your entry. If you do not read and follow the guidance, your entry may not be considered.

PLEASE NOTE we do not return any entries.

What does winning an award mean for you?

Awards entry fees:• MEMBERS – £85 per category

for the first 2 categories entered, or £70 per category if three or more are entered.

• NON-MEMBERS – £120 for each category entered (or join the College Marketing Network before 1st September 2019 and pay the reduced members’ rate.)

• VAT is not applicable to entry fees.• Remittance details available

on request; cheques must be made payable to The College Marketing Network.
