The Barley House Wolves With four wins behind them, the Wolves begin the Summer in great position in their division. Without another divisional match until August, July will see the clubs' focus shift to club league play. Find out more about the recent matches against Worcester and Hartford, as well as what's next by reading in! June Recap The month of June was bookended by matches against division rivals. On the 7 th , Worcester traveled up to Concord for the final home match on the BHW schedule. The day would prove to be a hard faught, back and forth afair, and ultimnately the Wolves came out on top at full time 5-7 to 5-4. As always, Worcester were an extremely tough and physical opponent, but the Wolves got the better of them on that day. Later in the month, the club made the trip down to Glastonbury, CT to play the Hartford HC. Breakout performances by a number of members led to another Wolves victory, and a good position within the division as the Summer starts heating up. We also managed to squeeze a pair of club league matches into the calendar, with North American Equipment Upfitters defeating Corey Garland Photography, and Irish Electric winning out over NAEU. Off the pitch, Wolves defenseman Warren Perry retired after 28 years of service in the United States Army. Congratulations Warren, and thanks for your service! Elsewhere, club manager, Vice- chairman, Team Rubicon New Hampshire State Coordinator, and man of many hats Alan Mangan taught a chainsaw safety course up in Maine for members of TR from all over the country, so that they might better assist in their disaster relief efforts. Good man, Alan! The Coming Month As mentioned above, we won't see another travel match until August. July will be all about the club league. Irish Electric leads the standings, but with the club league season extending into September this year, the Kevin T. Castelot Memorial Cup is still anyones' to claim! Irish Electric will face Corey Garland Photography on the 10 th , and North American Equipment Upfitters will play against Corey Garland Photography on the 24 th . A Look Ahead While it seems a ways off now, once August arrives the pace of the season will pick up considerably. The Wolves will have consecutive week matches in Worcester on the 3 rd and Portland on the 10 th . Later in the month, the Northeast Championship will be played over the weekend of the 23 rd down in Canton, MA. Of course, the weekend after that will be the NACB Finals, also in Canton. There'll even be a club league match thrown into the mix when North American Equipment Upfitters play Irish Electric on the 14 th . August will be an action packed month, and hopefully one that ends with Wolves hoisting the cup once again! Closing Thoughts As always, all training is free and open to the public, so it's never too late to get involved. The Wolves meet twice weekly, Tuesday and Thursday, from 6-7:30PM, at 510 Hall St., Concord, NH, on the Bow town line. Look for the field adjacent to 07/01/14 1

E3 Sports Performance - Well Designed Training + Motivation = Results

Creating space is what separates good from great athletes. Getting to that ball quicker, or getting a gap on your competitor is what scores or defends points. What develops this ability in an individual athlete varies from person to person. I will assess this then develop a very effective program for you. My goal is long term development. Most athletes I work with have been training with me an average of 4 years. With consistent assessment we learn how your body responds to the training and how your body is adapting. I then keep advancing the program to new phases to achieve more advanced goals and address any bottlenecks in performance.

Rí Rá Irish Pub is an authentic Irish pub located in Market Square in Portsmouth, NH. Rí Rá was built entirely from authentic pub salvage sourced and meticulously restored in Ireland before being shipped to its new home in Portsmouth. Central in the pub is a restored bar from the famous Pulpit Pub in Waterford, itself constructed from salvage dating to the Georgian period. Also of interest from Ireland is the antique paneling from The Bridge House in Cahir, County Tipperary. http://www.rira.com/portsmouth/

Team Rubicon"Bridge the Gap" refers to Team Rubicon's primary mission of providing disaster relief between the moment a disaster happens and the point at which conventional aid organizations respond. The "gap" is primarily time; the crucial window following a disaster when victims have traditionally been without outside aid. When the "Gap" closes - once conventional aid organizations arrive - Team Rubicon moves on. http://teamrubiconusa.org/
