Practice – 2

Title- Employment generating coaching programme.

Objective – Unemployment problem is our topmost priority to discuss with our students. At present the Govt. cannot cater to the increasing needs of employment of great chunk of unemployed educated youths. So there is a great need to think about alternative way of absorbing the educated youths in sectors other than Govt. institutions also.

Context – A good number of experts of different fields like LIC, Banking, ITI, Entrepreneurship, career counsellors etc. are invited to our college to deliver incentive lecture before our students and encourage them to engage themselves in institutions other than Government..

Practice – The participants actively interacted with the experts about the system of LIC, Banking etc.

Evidence of Success –The programme revealed that many students are able to appear in different competitive examinations. And also motivated to do any work independently as the alternative way of living.
