Student Working Space

• Each project group is allocated working space, typically a group room.

• The working space is equipped with one or two computers and network access. Access to printer facilities etc.

• Student working spaces are located in the same buildings as teachers’ offices etc.

• 24 hour access.

Budget model

Allocation distribution model based on VBN data

Professors and associate professors which count in the National Bibliometric

Indicator: 40% of their workload for free research.

Assistant professors: 50% of their workload for free research.

40-50.000 US$ for each Ph.D. thesis and doctoral dissertation.

The rest of the basic research grant is distributed to the faculties due to number of

points in the National Biobliometric Indicator and amounts of external research funds.
