CLOSING DATE The tender closing date has been extended. The new closing date is Thursday, March 5, 2015 at 3PM. INSTRUCTIONS TO TENDERERS Revise Instruction to Tenderers Article 18. 4 to read: .4 The City may reject all tenders if for any reason the City considers to be in its best

interest to do so, including without limitation for any of the following reasons;

a) the lowest tender that the City considers otherwise acceptable is higher than the approved funds budgeted or otherwise available for the project;

b) the City does not approve the budget for this project through its financial plan bylaw adoption process with Council, or the City decides not to proceed with the project or to defer the project;

c) if only one bid is received, then the tender will be reissued unless a financial analysis indicates that the sole bid represents a good value for the taxpayers ; or

d) the City is delayed in obtaining, or is unable to obtain, all approvals or consents it considers necessary, whether required by law or otherwise.
