Telecom Consultancy and Service Company is looking for mobile network optimization engineers for

remote delivery of projects to the leading European operators across Europe.

Entry positions are available.

Main responsibilities:

Radio optimization for 2G, 3G and 4G cells in a Huawei, E/// or NSN networks;

Radio network KPI analysis for troubleshooting;

Troubleshooting of RF based network performance of top worst cells and top degraded cells;

Optimization of SWAP’ed and newly integrated sites;

Neighbors, frequencies and scrambling code planning and troubleshooting;

Investigation and resolution of logical and physical configuration faults of radio network;

Requirements:

Technical University or High school education in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications or

related field;

English language skills (working proficiency);

Last year university students are considered for entry level positions;

Desire to work in team environment.

Previous telecom experience is an advantage.
