Mario's talk was amazing. It actually grabbed a lot of peoples attention quickly, even before he opened his mouth. I have

never seen so many people attend an assembly having to do with religion on their own free will. He was smart and pulled us all in with his good humor and funny life stories. He got everyone listening and laughing and then hit us with the big, important

things. I know I was completely captured. His message got through to all of us very well and got us thinking. Thinking of the more important things, things we should be thinking about more often and working toward...God.

My school loved it and it was an honour to be able to help out a little. We'd love to have Mario back anytime to give us another talk! It's something definitely worth hearing. T hanks for everything Mario! - M.K. Senior from Canada

Amazing presentation! Mario's inspiring words gave people so much hope to still make a change in their lives and that

it's never too late to accept God in our lives, no matter how hard it gets. Believing and loving God will give you true happiness for the rest of your life because God will never abandon you, he just loves you way too much to do that. It doesn't matter on how successful you are in life, like being a model in Mario's case, God will always be there to help you. Mario's presentation made a huge impact in my life, it just proves on how wonderful God is to each and everyone of us through the good times and the bad. Thanks! Come back soon. - A.D., High School Senior "The presentation that Mario gave was great! I wasn't a strong believer, but now I B-E-L-I-E-V-E ; ) " - Dustin G

it was amazing , at first i thought it would be like a boring talk just about God [ no offence ] , but like when you first starting talking it was like BAM " i'm interesting " . And it was good that you told us your life story , because it gave us reasons why you started to believe in God ....but you decided to use your wisdom and teach us the importance of God , and doing the right thing . i LOVED LOVED LOVED your speech. - K.K , grade eight

I thought it was very inspirational because of what you left behind after discovering God. It just shows that no matter what situation you're in, finding God can always change your life completely. Also, the slideshow and all the stuff you said about where you've been, what you did with your life up until age 23, was so amazing that it was hard to believe you let it all go, but when you explained yourself I really found it meaningful. - M.L. Good and funny....like lessons on how to be closer to God so if you hear some of his talks you should take them to hart then you should be a little closer to God - M.M. grade9

___________________________________________________________________ I thought ur talk was very interesting with the way u were speaking and the stories u told and

how u told the stories....and i really took what u said to heart and have been going to church more often and i find going is really rewarding... - Grade 8, Ashley

I loved it! some of your stories were hilarious, but some were very touching and shocking. Your slide show thing about God was really nice, and kind of creepy but it really let us see what it (The Passion of the Christ) was like. Me and my friends want you to come back to our school, we loved your pictures and all of your stories. - Amber K. grade 9

I thought that the stories that you said was completely open honest and extremely good for

people of any age to reflect upon and to use to there advantage for getting through life. I really thought that through the stories and the video you captured the true meaning of modern Christians and Christians in the far past. the movie was touching, close to home and it really made people think. Something

that really also made the talk more interesting was your background and comedy. i know for a fact that your speech has touched many people present in the presentation... - Ashley R, highschool ____________________________________________________

I went to two talks by Mario St. Francis… It was amazing and inspiring. Throughout it I was moved to both tears and laughter…. Both talks were really good, both in content and execution (he says everything in an animated and enthusiastic way, so his talks are both informative and gripping)! - Emily, 2nd year College Student

i thought you would be the typical guy that talks about the word of the Lord, Jesus, etc...and you did but in a different way. I was amazed at how somebody had everything, living the life, and then just gave it ALL away. i think you did an amazing job of telling your story; in a 'language' that i (and many others my age) can understand. i also really enjoyed when you acted out the commercials....it added some humour; and i also noticed, just from that, that you were a really good actor! i found it interesting on how you picked you saint name to be St.Francis when you were confirmed in high school, then later ended up doing almost the EXACT same thing later in life.

I found that your story also opened my eyes quite a bit and made me more aware to what is important in life. it's not about being cool, and many of us didn’t know what 'cool' was. its not having the coolest clothes, the hottest music, etc.(although i absolutely love to listen to music; it is a part of my life, and so i should listen to what i am hearing, and paying close attention to the lyrics.) However, cool is being a good person, kind and respectful, getting an education, and doing your best to succeed- and following the Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth. =) (the B.I.B.L.E) - Krista, grade 8
