EXT. RONALD’S CASTLE - DAY

The sun is high above McDonaldland, where applause can

distantly be heard.

INT. RONALD’S CASTLE - DAY

MAYOR MCCHEESE and RONALD MCDONALD are in front of a huge

group of cheering townspeople, including BIRDIE and GRIMACE.

MCCHEESE

And it is with great honor that we,

the people of

McDonaldland,(gesturing to the

townspeople) ask you, Ronald

McDonald, to look after our kingdom

with the tremendous leadership and

bravery.

McCheese gestures into the air and a large golden SCEPTER

with a hamburger emblem appears. McCheese grabs it and

offers it to Ronald.

RONALD

(taking the scepter)

I humbly accept, and I will promise

to do my best to look out for all

of you as I lead McDonaldland into

the future!

EXT. MCDONALDLAND - DAY

The seasons change rapidly and the castles and cottages get

torn down and rebuilt into more modern-looking buildings.

The only building that does not change is Ronald’s Castle.

EXT. CASTLE COURTYARD - DAY

Ronald, Birdie, and Grimace walk through the courtyard.

There are rows of flowers surrounding the three, who are

walking on a cobblestone path.

BIRDIE

Ronald, you’ve been distant lately.

What’s wrong?

RONALD

(long pause)

I don’t know. I don’t feel like a

king, you know?

(CONTINUED)

GRIMACE

How can you say that? You’ve

rebuilt this city from the

ground-up and improved life for

everyone in McDonaldland!

BIRDIE

Yeah, you even put the Hamburgular

to justice!

Ronald stops walking and looks out past the courtyard and

into the distant Enchanted Forest.

RONALD

It’s out there. I can feel it in my

bones.

BIRDIE

Ronald, we’ve been over this, the

Golden Hamburger Scepter is too

dangerous! Ever since your father-

RONALD

(interrupting)

My father has nothing to do with

this. I don’t want to do it for

him, I want to do it for myself. I

need to earn my throne, not just

inherit it.

GRIMACE

But. Ronald. No one knows for sure

where it is. People die in there.

Good, strong men. Men who don’t

deserve it.

Grimace begins to cry. Birdie consoles him.

BIRDIE

Don’t blame yourself for your

brother, Grimace. It’s not your

fault.

RONALD

(patting Grimace’s back)

You can’t change anything now,

Grim.

In the distance, explosions can be heard. The three look

around in confusion.

RONALD

Did you hear that?

BIRDIE

Yes. Do you think it could be-

RONALD

Yes. I do. Get inside somewhere

safe, Birdie. Grimace, let’s

assemble the army. The Burger King

is here.

EXT. BURGER KING’S SHIP - DAY

High in the air, a fleet of wooden floating ships are firing

on McDonaldland. On board the lead ship, BURGER KING sits on

a throne.

BURGER KING

This is the day I have long sought

after. The day where I finally

seize McDonaldland!

Two minions dressed in red uniforms appear from below deck.

MINION

My lord, we have received

confirmation that Ronald McDonald

is currently holed up in his

castle.

A smile slowly appears on Burger King’s face.

BURGER KING

We must make haste. Attack the

castle at once!

INT. RONALD’S CASTLE - DAY

Ronald is shown frantically running through the castle

giving various orders to his staff as he goes to his

headquarters to prepare for battle where Grimace and Birdie

are waiting.

RONALD

Grimace, I want all hands on deck

any man, woman, and child that can

hold a weapon should be ready for

battle. Weapons, troops, and a

little bit of luck. I need all of

that right now. Can you do that for

RONALD (cont’d)me Grimace or are you just going to

be useless as you always are in war

time situations?

GRIMACE

Ronald, aren’t you forgetting

something?

BIRDIE

Yea, you are forgetting the Golden

Hamburger Scepter. It is the only

true signifier of a hamburger king.

We are past the point of battle,

they are too strong. Nobody knows

exactly where it is but it is

somewhere in the enchanted forest.

Your father was the one who

originally created it. It is

designed so only a true hamburger

king can wield its power.

Ronald nods his head and just as he is about to leave the

ground begins to shake and sounds of a firefight outside

ensue. The shaking causes Grimace and Birdie to fall to the

ground.

BIRDIE

Go! Save yourself, you are the only

one that can put an end to this

madness! Come back for us!

RONALD

What was that?

BIRDIE

I said don’t forget to come back

for us!

RONALD

Black forest? I thought it was in

the Enchanted Forest.

BIRDIE

No! I said back. For. Us.

RONALD

I’ll never forget you guys.

Ronald runs through the collapsing castle dodging falling

debris.

EXT. ENCHANTED FOREST - DUSK

Ronald runs through the forest as the destruction of his

kingdom is shown in the background. Ships are shown along

the horizon firing upon the buildings.

RONALD

Can’t. Run. Any. More...

Ronald collapses on the ground. Shortly after, little

critters emerge from the forest. They are the FRY GUYS, and

they pick up Ronald and bring him to safety.

INT. CAVE - NIGHT

Ronald wakes up in a dark cave with the sound of water

trickling in the background. The Fry Guys help him up

showing the golden hamburger scepter in the center of the

cave.

RONALD

Was it you guys that brought me

here? Are you children?! I love

children!

FRY GUYS

...

RONALD

You little fellas don’t talk much

do you?

FRY GUYS

...

RONALD

Is that what I think it is? The

golden hamburger scepter? I am

finally living up to my father.

FRY GUYS

...

The fry guys bring the golden rod to Ronald. As soon as he

touches it a path is illuminated going out from the cave and

back to the kingdom.

RONALD

It’s go time. Also, please feel

free to come back to my castle

after this is all over.

FRY GUYS

INT. RONALD’S CASTLE - NIGHT

Ronald comes back to the castle to see that the Burger King

has already taken over and is running the kingdom as his

own.

BURGER KING

Well hello, welcome to Burger

Kingdom. May I take your order?

RONALD

I would like my kingdom back...

with a side of revenge.

BURGER KING

We don’t serve that here Mr.

McDonald. This place is mine and

you can’t have it back. Do you like

what I have done with the place?

RONALD

Where are Birdie and Grimace?

BURGER KING

They are doing just fine as you can

see.

Grimace and Birdie are shown chained up in a cage that is

about to be lowered into a giant deep fryer.

BURGER KING

Slaves, come hither. Why don’t we

show Mr. McDonald where the

milkshake room is.

Minions grab Ronald and try to restrain him.

BURGER KING

Get this clown out of my sight. He

sickens me.

RONALD

Hey BK.

BURGER KING

Yes?

(CONTINUED)

RONALD

Super Size this mother fucker!

Ronald takes out the golden hamburger scepter and the

minions go flying. He then points the rod at Burger King and

a golden blast shoots out disintegrating Burger King. After

this happens the cage stops lowering into the deep fryer and

Grimace and Birdie are freed. Ronald dusts himself off and

walks to the throne, and confidently sits down with the

scepter in hand.
