or kinds of Dried Fruits specified in the May Price Listmay be sold by wholesale. by the Australian Dried FruitsAssociation, 46 Queen - street, Melbourne or its registeredagents and distributors, as ifrom 9th day, 1941, to bethose set out in the said Price List subject to the termsand conditions of that List.

(4) I fix and declare the maximum price at which Prunes maybe sold by wholesale by the Australian Dried FruitsAssociation or its registered agents and distributors asfrom._ 1st March, 1.941, to be those set o>lt in. March PriceLists subject to the terms a.nd conditions of those Lists.

(S) In this Order the " March Price Lists " and the "MayPrice List " mean the licence and terms and conditionsof sale for the season 1941 relative to the 1941 pack ofDried Vine Fruits and Dried Tree, Fruits (includingPrunes) issued- by the said Association and beairing thedates of 24th February, 1941., . and 9th. May,- 1941,respectively.

(9) In this' "preva.ililig price" means in relation to. thesale of any Dried Fruit the

. price at which .that fruit-was sold by _retail on 31st March, -1940, or if no salewas made on that date on the last Preceding date onwhich such sale was made at the same place and subjectto the same terms and conditions.
