AUTO SHOT BLASTING MACHINE

Abrasive blasting is the operation of forcibly propelling a stream of abrasive material against asurface under high pressure to smooth a rough surface, roughen a smooth surface, shape asurface, or remove surface contaminants. Centrifugal wheel is used to propel the blastingmaterial.

6 WHEEL BLASTING MACHINE

This auto shot blasting machine consist of 6 wheel assemblies positionedin such a way to blast external pipes, steel structures, plates etc. Theopening of this machine shown is 1.8m wide & 1 m high.


The auto shot blast machine consists of 8 wheel assembliespositioned in such a way to blast all the sides of structural beams,plate & pipe. The opening of the machines shown is 1.8m wide &1.8 m high.


The auto shot blast machine consists of a 10 wheel assembliespositioned in such a way to blast all the sides of a heavy structuralbeams or pipe. The opening of this machine shown is 3.1 m wide& 1.5 m high.





























The auto shot blast machine consists of 12 wheel assembliespositioned in such a way to blast all the sides of a heavy structuralbeams, plates or pipe. The opening of the machine shown is5.15m wide & 1.575 high.

TURN TABLE BLASTING MACHINE

The auto shot blast machine consists of a Single / Double wheel assemblies with single/doubledoor, positioned in such a way to blast small to medium structures. The opening and theloading table of the machine is provided as per the material for blasting.

DIABLO / PIPE BLASITNG MACHINE

The auto shot blast machine consists of single/double wheelassemblies positioned in such a way to blast the sides of apipe ranging from 3 inch to 62 inch dia of various length &thickness

HANGING TYPE BLASTING MACHINE

The auto shot blast machine consists of wheel assembliespositioned in such a way to blast all the sides of amaterial. The opening of the machine is suitablydesigned, the materials is loaded and unloaded with thehelp of a crane or suitable loading mechanism.

DUST COLLECTION SYSTEM

We deal with the supply of Reverse Pulse Jet Type heavy-duty filtercartridge type, dry dust extraction unit.The term reverse pulse jetdust collector refers to the air cleaner's cleaning cycle. To cleanthe filter, a quick burst of compressed air is shot through the filtermedia in the opposite direction of the dusty air.

The packing machine is used for packing the materials in 25 or highercapacity packing. These equipments are widely used in the steel abrasivespacking in 25 kg packing or 1 ton or higher packing as per the clientspecification.

MINERAL RECYCLING SYSTEM

The garnet recycling system separates fine garnet, coarse garnet & dust. Thewaste & dust present inside the material will be taken out from the otheropening provided. The throughput of the machine will be 2-3 tons/hr
