separate capital-related postconviction proceedings on behalf of Arturo Juarez Suarez.

Michael R. Snedeker and Lisa R. Short, at their request, are hereby appointed as lead and

associate counsel of record, respectively, to represent appellant Arturo Juarez Suarez for both the

direct appeal and related state habeas corpus/executive clemency proceedings in the

above-automatic appeal now pending in this court.
