We could not be prouder of our club and community for embracing the championship and for the outpouring of support from the corporate supporters and club members. This allows us to conduct the championship in the highest manner possible so that the players, their families and friends, spectators, media and USGA officials have a great experience.

We would also like to recognize the outstanding leadership of our Division Chairs who have given much of their time in preparing for the championship. Please join us in thanking Larry Tarleton, Lon Burris, Barbara Christie, Rita Eiserhardt, Pat Garrigan, Charlie Swanson, Hart Brown, and Cordes Ford for all they have done to make this an outstanding championship. We also would like to extend a special thanks to Tanya Deke for serving as communications chair and producing our newsletter.

Now, let us think ahead to why we have worked so hard to make this championship the best it can be - the competitors. Please help us welcome and cheer on these amazing women, who have toiled for untold hours, pushed themselves to succeed, and traveled across the globe to make their way to Charleston for the 113th U.S. Women’s Amateur Championship at our historic club. to oUr SUpporterS Clubhouse CredentialsCorporate Supporter and 113 Club credentials provide access to the clubhouse and grounds during the championship, including practice rounds on Saturday, Aug. 3, and Sunday, Aug. 4. Supporter Hospitality will be open starting on Wednesday, Aug. 7, through Sunday, Aug. 11. Breakfast, lunch and afternoon snacks and cocktails will be served daily. parking & ShuttlesClubhouse parking will be controlled by the USGA from Friday, Aug. 2, through Sunday, Aug. 11. Parking will be provided in the Main Championship Lot A located at 47 Folly Road, at the corner of Albemarle Road. A complimentary shuttle service will run daily. parking for the Welcome party on Sunday, Aug. 4, will be provided at the piggly Wiggly corporate headquarters located at 176 Croghan Spur off Albemarle road. Guests may also park in the main Championship parking located at the corner of Albemarle and folly road. Volunteer training, Credentials and UniformsIf you are serving as a volunteer, you will pick up your uniform, credential and handbook during your training session. The schedule is now set and is available by download from the championship website at www.2013USWomensAM.com under the Volunteer section. If you cannot attend the training date and time indicated for your assignment, please email Volunteer@2013USWomensAM.com and we will help you determine an alternative training session that you may attend.
