Dear Families,

Kindergarten registration and open enrollment registration for the 2021-2022

school year is in full swing. Please visit our website to register your kindergarten

student and schedule a school tour. Also, please mark your calendars for March 2,

2021. We will be having our first virtual kindergarten round-up/live Webex from

3:15-3:45. You and your kindergarten student will meet our superb kindergarten

team, be able to take a virtual tour, and find out what your student will be learning

during the school year. Thank you.

New Student Registration and Open Enrollment

Registration and open enrollment for the 2021-2022 school year is open. If you

know of any family who wishes to be part of the SSE family, please pass along this

information and have our new families complete the registration process online.

Students already accepted to a GPS school through open enrollment will not be

required to re-apply for open enrollment each year as long as they remain at the

current school.

Please be advised that open enrollment privileges can be revoked annually due to

capacity, student misconduct, excessive absences, etc. Please refer to Policy JFB for

more details. If your student’s open enrollment will not be renewed for the 2021-

2022 school year, you will be contacted by April 30, 2021.

Message from the Social Worker Welcome to March!! I hope all families are doing well. Just a reminder that I am here to

be supportive for your students in crisis interventions and provide families with resources

so if you have any questions please feel free to contact me. I know times are stressful and

hard for us still so please remember to take care of yourself.
