    How Is Ice-Cream Made?

    A project that evolved into a community social gathering

    This was an ice-cream party that 65 people turned out for.

    It became what was known as community social gathering.

    Name: Achaya WalkerDate: 8/05/09

    How do you make homemade ice cream?Crack two eggs beat the eggs well. Put sugar in a pot, Add a pinch of salt Pour in one and a half cups of milk. Stir the milk,salt and sugar together. Pour a little of the hot milk into the eggs. Mix eggs into hot milk Stir and cook on low heat for three minutes.Pour hot mixture into a bowl. Cover bowl. Put bowl in refrigerator. Check the time. Wait two hours. Take bowl out of refrigerator anduncover.

    Pour cold ice cream mixture into ice cream maker. Add strawberries to ice cream just before it's done. Ice cream is frozen and readyto eat!What is your favorite ice cream ingredient? ----- ---------------------chocolate.
