Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the provisions of Section 18-7-411, et. seq., MCA, the Hill County Commission, 315 4th Street, Havre, Montana, 265-5481, will receive sealed bids up to the hour of 10:00 a.m. on the 29th day of June, 2015, for the purpose of entering into a contract for a period dated the 1st day of July, 2015 through the 30th day of June, 2017, for all printing for which the County may be chargeable, including but not limited to blanks, election supplies, loose leaf forms, computer printer forms, and all other printing or printed forms required for County use, not to exceed the price in the current Franklin Printing Catalog, less 10% based on the prices in effect.

The M600 electionballots will be bid

separately.

Bidders shall identify price bid listed on each individual grouping and bid per size and quantity where applicable. There will be a uniform quality of letterhead and envelope established. There will be only one color choice used by all offices pertaining to letterhead and envelopes. There will be no multiple colors on letterhead and envelopes. All printing not covered within the provisions of the detailed list attached hereto shall be furnished at prices not in excess for such work as set forth in the then current Franklin Printing Catalog with discount, if applicable.

If a bidder is unable to supply an item, he must so state within the bid.
