The role of a consultant should – in its purest form – be to translate client vision into project scope, universally understood by all required disciplines so that their delivery is driven by high-performance expectations and criteria.

Optimisation

To Optimise we must design, procure and construct with the calibrated understanding of client vision. This may include research and development, additional specialist consultant involvement or other processes to ensure a granular rather than superficial approach to problem solving and delivery.

With strong technical design and constructability expertise, Jarvis has international experience in the design and management of commercial, institutional, residential, transport and industrial projects gained from over 14 years in the industry. A strong aptitude for process and systems enables Jarvis to manage both large teams and complex delivery strategies. Highly proficient in precast, concrete and steel structures, with extensive steel design and fabrication industry knowledge, Jarvis leverages a deep understanding of the impacts that constructability and detailing have on achieving complete, economic and buildable solutions.
