2016

In today’s ever-changing business environment, the most successful organizations are led by those who are Striving for Excellence in thought and in action. To outmaneuver the competition, leaders must have the ability to make quick, effective and proactive decisions. However, decisions and actions should be made based on cognizance and understanding and not for the sake of acting.

How business agility provides a competitive advantage can be analyzed by examining the decision-making process of a fi ghter pilot. In this profession, the ability to make a swift, sound decision is critical as lives are often at stake. Fighter pilots must be aware at all times, have the insight to stay ahead of their competition and the preparation to be able to respond to actions taken by opponents. The most successful in this career are the best-of-the-best.

Each year the All-Star Diamond Event is held to recognize the best-of-the-best within our network. Please join ABM Franchising Group staff and guests for four days of fun networking events, as well as rest and relaxation at the Hyatt Regency Maui Resort & Spa in Lahaina, HI. Come celebrate all the successes of 2015 at our annual All-Star Diamond Event!

Leaders within Linc Service, TEGG and ABM are outmaneuvering the competition and Striving for Excellence.

Congratulations to all Diamond Award Winners, Employees of the Year and Incentive Winners who will be joining us in Maui for this year’s signature event. We appreciate the incredible talent you bring to Linc Service, TEGG and ABM!

- Scott Giacobbe, President of ABM Building & Energy Solutions

President’s Awards Banquet: Striving for ExcellenceSaturday, April 9th | 6:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.

Advance Reservations are Required.

During the President’s Awards Banquet, we will celebrate the journey taken in 2015 by our Diamond Award Winners, Employees of the Year, Principals Recognition Award Winners, and recognize the Contractor of the Year for both Linc Service and TEGG Service. While the BEST OF THE BEST within the network are recognized, guests will be treated to dinner and cocktails and will be given a sneak peek at the 2017 Principals Meeting destination.

A post awards celebration will be held immediately after the banquet. Dessert and coffee will be served.

Please note: All Principals having Diamond Award Winners may invite one General Manager or Sales Manager and guest to the President’s Awards Banquet. The Principal will be billed for their dinner(s) and beverage costs following the meeting. If your General Manager or Sales Manager is attending the incentive trip and will be attending the President’s Awards Banquet, this must be noted on his/her registration form. All Diamond Award Winners and Employee of the Year Winners are invited to attend as well as one adult guest per Diamond Award Winner or Employee of the Year Winner; guest must be over 18 years old. Advance reservations are required.

The original policy of permitting only Principals and select guests at the President’s Awards Banquet was done at the request of the Principals within the franchise network. They felt the “Principals Meeting” portion of the trip belonged to them and wanted to be sure that any information exchanged would be kept confi dential at the Principals’ level. In light of this, at no time will incentive award winners be permitted to attend the Principals Meeting continental breakfasts or workshop sessions.

Golf Outing Royal Course, Ka’anapali Golf Course

Sunday, April 10th | 9:00 a.m. The Royal Ka’anapali Course opened its lush fairways in 1962, offering 6,700 yards and a par 71 course. The course is one of only two courses in all of Hawaii designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr. who took advantage of the rolling landscape to create gently sloping fairways and large contoured greens to ensure a challenging approach to each hole. The Royal Ka’anapali Course begins at sea level and runs along the shoreline before winding its way to the West Maui Mountain foothills. The 449 yard 18th hole plays longer than it looks, and hugging the water canal the entire length of the fairway and green, makes it a memorable last hole.
