Founder Bio:

Born in a Midwest cornfield town and raised on a farm, Steve Stutz-

man brings a down home, down to earth message. Having lost his

mother and 2 siblings in a mission trip accident, when he was only 6

years old, he knows the meaning of adjustments and pain, very per-

sonally. As a young man fresh out of Bible School, God brought him

into a marriage with a young girl troubled by her past. The doctors

and psychiatrists gave up on her as a mental case…. But Christ in His

mercy used this also to His glory, bringing a deliverance and freedom

to her, and using the circumstances to show Steve many realities

about spiritual bondages, deliverance, and Biblical principles of

victorious living. These elements, along with a strong commitment to

Christ, are delivered in fascinating style with tinges of old-fashioned,

country-boy humor.

Steve and Dorcas make their home in Bird-in-Hand, PA. They

speak,, write, and teach extensively across North America and be-

yond. ( There will also be other speakers at this event)

The principles a man chooses to live by

define his life. They also reflect what he

believes about his God. That is why what-

ever we focus on, we will become. This is a

simple spiritual reality we cannot avoid.

ABOUT THIS CONFERENCE...

The Bible clearly shows us that the things

written in the Old Testament were written for

our learning. Many times we see them as

simply stories of another people from another

time….. But in this conference, we will be

looking at the experiences of Israel, their jour-

neys, mistakes, conquests, and inheritance as

they relate to our lives. We will parallel their

journey with our own Egypt…. our own Wil-

derness, and our own entering into Canaan,

and our own fights with enemies.

Some of the teaching you will find familiar

and comfortable. Some of it will be very spe-

cific and will force you to grapple with giants

in your own life. But whether you are a sea-

soned Christian or a new believer, it will affect

the way you see your own inheritance in

Christ, and possess it as a personal reality in

your own life and experience.

The LAND OF PROMISE Conference is coming to Shedd,

OR, DEC. 1-8. There will be sessions each weekday evening

(see schedule), with full days on Friday and Saturday. The first

evening, Sunday eve Dec 1st, is open to the public. After that,

sessions are open only to those who are registered for the Con-

ference. Registration can be done Sunday evening.
