Your Cross Talks Return on Investment

Return on Investment

For Members with more than 3 employees: $1,350 the first month and then $325/ per person per month starting the 2nd month. Within four to five months, with seven members, you should achieve your return on investment.

$16,200 – start up fees of $1,350 for 12 Members + $3,900 – monthly retainer of $325 for 12 Members $20,100

After your start-up revenue of $16,200 from 12 members, you earn additionally $3,900 additional profit per month. This takes, on average, four to six months. This is not including the upsells you will make for your business consulting practice as you will be in a position of leadership and an industry expert.

For Members with less than 3 employees: You charge your Members $625 the first month, then $145/per person per month starting the 2nd month. Within four to five months, with ten members, you should achieve your return on investment.

The average Cross Talks group has 9–12 Members per group. Your group should not exceed more than 12 Members to keep the group work small and intimate and the meetings on time. After 12 Members, you can replicate the same formula to start another group.
