Star AluBuild is a leading Pan India Façade Engineering & Contracting company with factories located at Chennai in South,

Mumbai in West and at Manesar Gurgaon in North. Our Manesar plant at Gurgaon which is the headquarters, has a covered

built up area of 160000 sq ft and the manufacturing facility here boasts of the latest state of the art machineries.

With the support of uninterrupted power from our own back up of 0.5 MW DG sets, the production facility is equipped for 24 x 7 operations facilitating faster completion of works. The shop floor is equipped with its own material handling systems

such as Goods lift and emission free Electric Fork lift.

Besides the equipped machines, Star AluBuild has a highly qualified & richly experienced workforce along with professionals

working in various departments i.e Design, Planning, Production, Project Execution, Safety, Quality etc. which has lead Star

Alubuild to become the undisputed leader in Façade industry. Star Alubuild delivers to the architectural and concept green

building requirements including infrastructure projects such as the Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi.

First Look of IGI Airport –Terminal 3 with Corian Cladding

Indira Gandhi International Airport– This is the first airport project for Star AluBuild and the work comprises of 18000 sq mtrs

of corian cladding of columns and 17000 sq mtrs of glass partitions. Corian cladding is being done on 136 columns with heights

varying from 10 to 26 mtr. Thirty six of these columns have bird mouth (Beak) shaped features at the top. The entire work on all

the columns including aluminium back up frame (92 Tons) & MS Structural back up (70 Tons) for the “Beaks” with Corian

installation has been completed in totality. The Corian work is being appreciated by one & all and these Corian Columns stand

out as the most bold and magnificent feature of this new T3 Terminal.

Other works comprises of various types of glazing which includes Frameless, Freestanding, Fire Rated, Unitized Glazing and

Spider glazing. Work is progressing well on this front too. The manpower deployed at site is about 450 to keep pace with the

completion schedule of this fast track project.

Sofitel– Sofitel Hotels is developed by Shree Naman Hotels Pvt Ltd

(Part Of Shree Naman Group) Developers for ACCOR HOTELS,

a leading hotel chain group from Europe. The project is being

executed at BKC, Mumbai under the able design & guidance of

Prominent Architectural firm from Mumbai - M/s Access Architects, Altus Page Kirkland Group as the PMC and Meinhardt Façade

Technology as its Façade Consultant.

The scope of work includes 6400 sqmtrs of unitised Curtain wall

wherein we’ve offered an European System and the extrusions were

duly imported from Middle East. The system was successfully tested

at a façade testing laboratory, in Dubai, as per the client / consultant’s

requirement. The façade also has about 6300 sqmtrs of solid

Aluminium Cladding wherein pre coated PVDF coated sheets were

imported from Italy.

Sofitel Hotel is undoubtedly one of the most bold, modern and

outstanding Hotel building in the country.

Oberoi Splendor(Perspective), Mumbai

Anmol Prestige(Perspective), Mumbai Star Towers(DLF), Gurgaon

Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly-This project is

coming up at Chennai and the client is Tamil Nadu State

Government Public works department. The architect is

GMP International Gmbh Architects and Engineers,

Germany. The scope of work includes Semi Unitized Double Glazing Façade, Casement Windows with IG

units, 19.52 mm laminated Sun Screen glass, Sky Light

glazing and custom designed Anodised aluminium

perforated Metal Screen finish. The total built up area is

86000 sq mtrs. This project will give the country its first

State Assembly building enveloped completely with a

perforated metal screen and

glass façade.

IT SEZ Silokhera– This is a DLF project under SEZ and this

futuristic IT SEZ campus will provide international standard

workspaces, supported by state of the art infrastructure. The office

blocks are enveloped with a glass façade comprising of semi

unitized glazing system integrated with ACP cladding. It will be one of the biggest SEZ project

in NCR with five Blocks

covering an area of 56000

sq mtrs. The unique feature of

the project is a new economical

strip glazing system which

entails faster work without the

use of scaffolding.

Building-14- This project is being

developed by DLF under the SEZ

scheme. The modern and well

planned work spaces of Building –

14 lends a distinctive appeal to this aesthetically designed architectural

wonder. The building has four inter

connected blocks. The towers will

be covered by different types of

glazing systems like structural

glazing, conventional curtain wall,

strip glazing and ACP cladding. The façade has a two tone glass

effect which makes this building stand out amongst its neighboring

glazed buildings.

A brainstorming session cum conference on corian processing was held on 30th October 2009 at Star AluBuild Manesar factory.

The corian fabricators of Dupont from all over India and Mr. Bartan Panagian, Sr. Engineer, Dupont had participated in the

conference and everybody applauded the system and the processes which Star AluBuild has adopted for the corian fabrication.

It was an eye opener for them that the process and machines being used at Star had increased the productivity and quality into

many folds. At the onset of corian production, Star AluBuild produced 20 sqmtrs per day which rose to about 200 sqmtrs per day in a months time which is record productivity in the world of corian fabrication. About 50 – 60 sqmtrs per day was the previous

achievement for the maximum production of corian. whereas Star AluBuild has evolved and mechanized the production

processes for such materials and is ready for the bigger opportunities now.

Star Alubuild has added one more feather in its cap by entering into the world of design, fabrication and

installation of Solid Surface Materials like CorianTM which is a marvelous and most versatile material to work

with, in today’s global market. CorianTM has the beauty of marble and can be blended with great machinability

to create amazing structures.

With the passion to innovate, grow and diversify, Star AluBuild took up of 18000mtr sq Corian Cladding works at the Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi. The team of Star Alubuild has worked round the

clock to complete this prestigious project within the stipulated time schedule. It has adopted systematic and

dynamic approaches towards the Corian processing by optimizing its resources, modernizing the shop floor

equipments with CNC machines & other related manufacturing equipment & further training its workforce to

attain the tough targets in time with world class quality products.

Starting from scratch, Star Alubuild has done the Corian cladding at IGI Airport as per the

expectations of its client GMR and the corian structures have come out as one of the most highlighting

feature, standing apart from the rest of the elements. This has been an amazing project and the first of its

kind with corian cladding on columns (internally and externally) and also the first done by Corian Dupont. We believe that Star

AluBuild will keep up with its pursuit of innovation and will be able to offer / contribute much more to the growing demands of

the market / industry
