WE PRAY THE ROSARY FOR WORLD PEACE: the Rosary is recited every Wednesday at 4:30PM prior to the 5PM Mass. Please join us. Mary Queen of Peace, pray for us.………………………………………………..………………… EUCHARIST ADORATION takes place each Monday even-ing from 7-8PM in the Sanctuary. This is a wonderful way to spend an hour with Jesus in thanksgiving, worship and prayer. …………………………………………………………………. ANOINTING OF THE SICK will take place immediately following the 5PM Mass this Wednesday. …………………………………………………………………. THE 2017 DSA ASSESSMENT: As of August 21, 2017 we have a total of 74 families pledged toward our goal. We have an unpledged balance remaining. PRAYERS are requested for the Confirmation candidates who will be making a Day of Recollection at Holy Spirit Monastery on Saturday, Sept. 2nd. Please be sure to return your ticket stubs and money in the same envelope, and you may drop the envelope in the collection basket or return it to the Business Office during business hours. Additional tickets are available in the Parish Office as well. Tickets are $1.00 each!
CHILDREN’S FAITH FORMATION grades 1-6 and Con-firmation resume Wed. Sept. 20, 2017. Classes run from 6:30-7:30PM in the Seiglie Center. Registration will take place Sept. 20th from 5:30-6:30 before regular classes begin. Only first graders and new students to the program need to complete a full registration form. All other students need to have their information verified by a parent. Verification and registration will take place on the Sieglie Center porch. You may download a registration form at www.st-william.net/cff.html or pick one up from the table in the Commons. DONATIONS for the Ladies Guild Hidden Treasures Sale at the Cajun Fest will be accepted each weekend through Septem-ber 9-10. Please bring your donations of household items, nick-knacks, toys, collectables etc. to the Commons when you come to Mass. Because of limited storage, we are not able to accept large electronics, clothes, luggage or books. Thank you for your support. …………………………………………………………………..THE CAJUN FEST BAKE SALE is on Saturday, Sept. 16th. Cookies, cakes, pies, breads, scones, cupcakes - all baked goods will be gratefully accepted. Please bring them to the Commons on Friday Sept. 15th or to the Bake Sale tent (near the Pavilion) on Saturday Sept. 16th before 10AM. And re-member, don't forget the Cajun Fest Famous Cake Walk! We need cakes for the lucky cake walk winners. There are sign-up sheets on the bulletin board.
