Be unwilling to forgive another means we are holding onto a past wrong and hoping for a better past. That is not going to happen. We move on with our life by accepting we were unjustly treated and it will not be corrected. We aren’t condoning the injus-tice. We just don’t let it control our lives any longer. Forgiveness is critical to living a healthy life in the present and hope for a better future.

While Fr. Babu is
away today, please
help welcome
Fr. Paul Yuenger
as he joins us in
celebrating the
Eucharist.
Today we will be taking a special collec-tion that will benefit the people of the Mid-
dle East. Funds collected at our parish will be combined with those from across the Diocese and the United States to provide
the Catholic Relief Services and other Catholic agencies working in partnership with the local Church to meet the most ur-gent humanitarian needs facing the people in Iraq, Gaza, Syria and surrounding coun-tries where refugees have fled. Collected funds will also be used to support Church programs to aid persecuted Christians and to respond to rebuilding needs of Catholic dioceses in the impacted areas. You can
donate through our parish collection or do-
nate online at www.dwc.org.

A FRIENDLY REMINDER...
There is a Pastoral Council Meeting this Tuesday at
6:30 in the parish conference room.
Please pray...
Lord,
The plight of war-torn coun-
tries
is deep and the suffering of Christians
is severe and frightening.
Therefore, we ask you Lord
to spare the lives of their people,
and to grant them patience
and courage to continue their witness of
Christian values with trust and hope.
Lord, peace is the foundation of life;
Grant them the peace and stability that will
enable them to live with one another
without fear and anxiety, and with dignity
and joy.
Glory be to you forever.
Amen
Please pray for the victims of September 11 by celebrating their lives during this years
