Terms and Conditions

Payment terms: payment terms would be as follows:- 1. 50% Advance on blocking the dates for the workshop.

2. 50% on Delivery of Workshop payable within 7 days. The above-mentioned prices are inclusive of Service Tax as applicable. The current rate is

12.36%.

Any change in the workshop dates will be agreed between SSW and .............................. Out of pocket expenses including on domestic travel, conveyance, voice/video

communication to be reimbursed as per actual. All logistics will be arranged by the client or would be done with prior approval from the client.

Important: It is agreed and understood that the material in this course is proprietary and
